  Check-in was handled by a lovely and helpful receptionist. We arrived quite early and our room wasn’t ready yet, but that was no problem at all. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great selection of firm and soft pillows. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft and high quality. The shower had amazing pressure too. Breakfast is served until 9:30am. Overall, a decent hotel with friendly service and comfortable rooms. We’d stay again!

  We stopped here traveling through they had a nice breakfast. And the rooms were spacious the hallways smelled clean like the carpets didn’t have odor like some places. Now I will say they could do a better job cleaning the bathrooms and the coffee maker out. But it’s nice and somewhat updated. We rested well passing through. They only have 1 elevator though. It’s a gas station and some Reasturant around them which is good.

  Very disappointed! The first room (312) had roaches.! I told the girl at the front desk and she apologized and moved us to a new room. She also took off $25 (yeah only $25) and then the new room was humid and smelled dirty. Gross for $170. We would have left but we were so tired from our trip.

  Dirty, window blinds dont work. Stains on shower curtain and couch. Nasty. Try and avoid if you can.

  Upon checking in was given key to room by someone who appeared to not have a pulse. She seemed quite unhappy.. When I arrived at my room there was housekeeping still cleaning. I was there approx 30 min after check in. The guy told me he wasn't finished and suddenly a women who claimed to be a supervisor pops out and immediately gives me a nasty attitude. I wasn't in the mood to deal with the all powerful supervisor of housekeeping, who continued to berate me as I walked down the hallway. I literally did nothing other than show up to the room the front desk gave me. Just because the supervisor was behind schedule, she took it out on me because she knew she was busted. I went to front desk to tell them the room wasn't ready and suddenly the supervisor supreme shows up at the front desk to continue to verbally assault me. Front desk gave us another room, but the rest of the stay was uncomfortable as it appeared the mighty supervisor of cleaning scowled at me every chance she could. My elderly mother requested a wakeup call that never came so we were late for an event. I will never stay at one of these hotels again. They do not know the meaning of hospitality.
