Overall was a good hotel. The evening desk staff and housekeeping were very nice. Nice pillows and clean room. The free breakfast included almond milk so as the vegan in our party I was happy could at least have cereal and add it to my coffee. Had good location near grocery store , Walmart, dollar general so could utilize the in room microwave and fridge to avoid high food costs. The negative now. The room cards suck. I had to have mine reactivated three times during a three night stay. Twice in one day. A little heavy handed in the Christian messages for a chain hotel. One left on the bed. One posted in breakfast area. Religious podcast/radio show played over speakers. Not everyone that stays is going to be Christian. The day front desk woman. Was hard to find. When needed other staff had to find her outside or in her office to tell her someone was at the desk. And she did not dress professionally at all. A pink shirt with bedazzled word saying “pink” is not professional. The room microwave was so low wattage had to double cooking times and the inside didn’t turn so had to do that manually during cooking times. I would stay again but only because the other hotels in area are either way more expensive or don’t allow pets or have much higher pet rates. Definitely not worst place ever stayed but for the money was a little let down.

I gave the location 5 stars simpley because in Tahlequah everything is close. The pool was a little cool for Seniors originally from the Gulf Coast. This, is the only flaw I noticed. The room was EVERYTHING advertised on line. Oh, by the way a lot of hotels on line do not have all of the amenities they advertise. Like a beautiful pool that had no water. 🤣. Everything was very, very clean. From the front desk and lobby, the pool, weight room and the the room itself. BUT, the people made all the big difference. Throughout our stay everyone constantly asked what we needed. Even the full time Maintainance Man, full time, think about that. As a retired contractor I really notice things like that. After we checked out and we're driving away one of the staff came running out like the hotel was on fire, waving at us. I forgot my charger. Then a mile down the rd we turned around because I thought I forgot my engraved pocket knife. Yo would have thought it was a gold brick by the way they treated me and that knife. By the way I found it thank y'all, Senior moment. Anyway I wouldn't look anywhere else for true value for your money. Also, I got the distinct feeling if I had just walked in without a reservation and gotten the same service, just with a bigger smile from the Manager. They pay fees for booking service. It's blackmale, if they want an Internet presence they have to pay. For our nest road trip I'll take cash and shop hotels. This can't possibly be the last Full Service hotel. But this is our go-to when we're in Tahlequah. Thank y'all again for making our brief stay truly Distinctive and Magical

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the continental breakfast, delicious. There's a Dollar General right behind the hotel, along with a McDonald's, Walmart, and Reasors Grocery store. I would personally suggest Reasors, better quality and customer service than Walmart. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a room on third floor. Which was nice didn’t have people stomping around. The mattress was horrible. The hallway ac was next to our room. It didn’t work. It made loud noises all day and night. It cost $137.22 per night. We stayed two nights. Never again.
