  Room was as expected and the staff was friendly. But breakfast...meat in the eggs, meat in the potatoes, side of meat. Seriously?!?! If there is a side of meat, why the heck are you putting meat in EVERYTHING?! I'm hungry and I can't even have a dang side of potatoes. Surely not ALL of your guests are middle-aged white men..be considerate of your vegetarian guests and your guests who don't eat certain meats for religious reasons.

  I stay in hotels 180 plus nights every year. This outdated hotel from the 70s is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Motel 6 would probably be a better choice. Shower not working. First room carbon monoxide detector was beeping every minute. No coffee maker in the rooms. Got a coffee maker from downstairs, it didn’t work either. Ice machine out of order. Elevator sounds like it will be next. Sketch area. This is no Plus. This should be called Best Western Crap. Had a 1408 vibe going on in there. I bet it was pretty nice when Carter was in office though.

  The room we ended up getting — the “Governors Suite” room 404 — was not the room we expected to get based on the photos on the website. False advertisement! The room we got had zero carpeting, a very small bathroom vanity, and two connecting doors to the adjacent rooms which made noise from the other rooms sound like we were in the same exact room!!!! It honestly seems like a conference room that was converted into a janky hotel room. Not to mention we had super rude guests in connecting rooms that blasted TV and music all night. While the service was decent, with the lack of transparency on room differentiation and the quality of the room, we will not be returning.

  Great room more space than expected. Breakfast was good, service as well. Only complaint was that the fixtures in the shower were close and/or slipped off. Happy we were able to get a room on the same day as reserving, and without a lot of hassle using the website. Everything was comfortable

  This morning I came to the front desk to check out. Since no one came to the counter for a little while I knocked on the door. The young woman behind the desk finally came from the back and with extremely rude attitude explained to me I didnt need to knock on the door. I said im sorry I didnt know I wasnt supposed to knock when no one was at the desk. Again with extremely rude attitude she told me I should call the desk when I need assistance. Her visible irritation and rudeness prompted me to convey that ive done nothing to deserve the way shes talking to me. I simply need to check out and get a receipt for the 2 weeks ive stayed here. Considering her extreme attitude and visible anger i asked if she was ok. Was there something wrong did she need help? Because I know i am not speaking to her in a pour tone. Perhaps she has some underlying issues personally which would explain this unprovoked retaliation and attitude. She again with huge attitude cut me off and said this is your receipt that's all you need. Which of course was the incorrect receipt. At this point i dont want to speak to her because she is incredibly rude. Unfortunately along with being missing from her post, her rudeness shes was also unable to get me my correct receipt and check me out. I stay in hotels most of the year as I work out of town. This young lady clearly has some issues she needs to work thru. I havent been treated with this rudeness truly ever. I hope she can find peace im her heart and try not to lash out at people who dont deserve her wrath. 445 am today. Ill pray for her and I hope who ever is hurting this woman can help her find her path back to the world of politeness. I didnt deserve that.
