  Holiday Inn is always a top pick for our hotels. Always clean, well cared for rooms, amenities are usually spot on. And hot Breakfast included. This HI needs a little TLC, it shows it's age a bit. Mostly clean room, except one of the beds appeared to have not been made with fresh sheets. That was the reason for the 3 stars. But the staff was wonderful. Noise level of the road and train were not shocking, it's off a busy highway and near an industrial area. Just know that, if you choose to stay. I'd stay again but hope it lives up to the HI standard I'm used to next time.

  Stayed for state wrestling, found out the pool was closed when I walked my kids to the pool. They made no mention of it. When talking to the front desk they told me they would refund my money since we had been in the hotel for less than 20 minutes. I did not receive a refund, manager repeatedly dodged my calls, after 2 weeks they said they would refund half, a week later was told they wouldn’t do that either.

  I was in town for a graduation and booked online and the pictures that they are showing for ammenties is a hot tub with the indoor pool. There is no hot tub! That was the reason I booked this particular hotel. The trash can was over flowing going out the back door and it being windy it had blown all over. The table chairs they had on the back patio area both were busted and could not be sat in. Our room was clean but look like a toddler had made the beds. I'll think twice about booking here again. The whole hot tub thing really just ticks me off.
