  This is a budget hotel that met my needs. I travel for work and live out of hotels 4 days per week. The bathroom and room was clean, the AC was cold and not noisy, water was hot, and the beds where comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but I did not receive my greener stay points after requesting this service upon check-in.

  We were in town and booked a room for 2 nights at the quality inn next door and it was absolutely terrible the room we had booked was filthy dirty and filled with random furniture it was like a storage closet so we walked next door to the holiday inn to see if we could get a room the staff and manager went above and beyond to help us after hearing our horror story I was so grateful to all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting here they all are amazing people the hotel is very clean and our room was excellent very clean very spacious and very comfortable I instantly relaxed after all the stress I had just been through the continental breakfast is delicious and made with love and the choices they offer for food and drinks are very good if I am ever here again I will definitely stay here good people are hard to find these days so I hope this company treats them well they deserve it if I could give 10 stars for their staff I would in a heartbeat

  I've now stayed here a few times and it's been a great experience each time. My rooms have been clean and well maintained. Housekeeping has been great and front desk is always very friendly! Has a small pool and a small workout room which are pretty well kept as well.

  I have stayed at my fair share of dirty hotels but this one is right up there at the top. This place needs a deep clean and a housekeeping department that actually cleans. I think the only thing clean in our room was the sheets. There was a wad of hair behind the bedroom door and the bathroom door. I did not get a shower because the tub was filthy with hair visible. I spilt my water on the floor beside the bedroom door used a hand towel to clean it up, Big Mistake!- it really dirty and soiled. The hallways were clearly dirty and unkept. You’d be better off trying the other couple hotels near by. If I could attach a picture of the hair ball I would.
