  Here’s a polished version that sounds like it’s coming from someone who stays in hotels regularly: I stay in hotels almost every week for work, so I’ve experienced both excellent and disappointing Holiday Inn Express locations. This one is unquestionably one of the good ones. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the entire property is well maintained. It has the updated, modern Holiday Inn Express feel and delivers exactly the level of quality I expect from IHG. I also want to recognize the manager, Ronny Patel. I had an issue with my reservation, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. Great customer service like that makes a big difference. If you’re staying in Perry, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. It’s a solid example of what a Holiday Inn Express should be.

  Great GM - Rony Hotel is under brand new management. Took me and my family in and got us two rooms when we were stranded from our rental RV that broke. Clean hotel. Nice rooms. Nice and cold AC in each room. Rooms are up to date and just like any other holiday in in a big city despite this one being in a little town. Pool is indoor and perfect for little kids too. This is also a dog friendly hotel and will accept dogs!

  This 4 night stay was a disaster. Housekeeping does NOT come in to clean anything, does not empty trash, but they did come in one time and pick up a bath tub floor towel off the floor and place it back onto the side of the tub. The room was not touched in any way in the cleaning aspect. We even had to go into the hall and ASK for toilet paper and tissues. It is really sad to keep using the same towels over and over because of lack of people doing their job. I was not able to get into a handicap accessible room that my daughter thought she booked for me so it was not a real good stay. Also, the beds are so high... I had to use a stool and a chair just to get up on the bed being disabled. :( On the up side... I guess the free breakfast has it's good and bad since the breaker kept blowing when doing pancakes or toast. The only good side of this is that I did get to spend time with my daughter for my birthday celebration. Then during check out, my daughter checked her bank account and found out that they had charged her a 3rd charge on a room. She was told it should drop off since it's just pending. So as it stands right now, 3 separate charges for 2 rooms plus the $50 deposit each for 2 rooms.

  Me, my sis and friend came for a Girls trip and stayed for the weekend. The rooms were great! And the breakfast area was tidy and food was warm. I also originally wanted a queen suite and wasn’t able to get the first night. However the next night I asked Rony, the front desk and GM if I was able to modify my room and he did it ! Thank you! I would recommend! And stay again.

  We were given two dirty rooms. The front desk gave us two more rooms to try… both of those were dirty as well with body hair in the showers and dog hair on the bed sheets. Overall we had a very dissatisfied stay. We ended up cleaning the showers ourselves. We’ve called multiple times asking for a manager so we could get some sort of compensation…they make it obvious they are avoiding us. From what I gather they have no head house keeper and new ownership starting about month or so ago. Thank you Betty for trying to accommodate us but unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.
