  Arrived after booking online through a third party. Stated they did not have that specific kind of room which was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. Charged us nearly double what our booking was, even with the room being pretty much the exact same. When asked if we could cancel the second night and go somewhere else they did not know if we would be charged or not. Never received anything back after reaching out to the manager by email. Not enough towels in the pool area. Only two towels for a family of four in our room. Went to the front desk to get more, and they only had one available. How does a hotel not have enough towels?

  I want to start off by commending Dakota at the front. She went above and beyond to help me out. Everything was wonderful at the Pauls Valley Holiday Inn Express! Just an hour away from Norman, it's a good option if you can get a room at a decent rate any closer and the area has plenty of dining options. We will definitely stay again!

  Wifi does not work. I contacted corporate IT for help and the local manager refused to cooperate with their direction. Unprofessional.

  We went during the Memorial day weekend. In spite of the expected rush due to long weekend, there was no provisioning for breakfast. It was all over before 8:30 am. Not even normal bread and milk. After complaining, they tried to get some stuff, but it was still grossly inadequate.

  We chose this Holiday Inn for a quick family getaway to Turner Falls and Little Niagara Falls. While the location was absolutely perfect for our itinerary and the pricing was fair, the severe maintenance issues completely ruined our experience. The Good: Location & Price: You can’t beat the location for exploring the local falls, and the rates were very reasonable. Cleanliness: The room was clean when we arrived. The Bad: Amenities: Upon arrival, we were told the AC was on the fritz, and every single ice machine in the building was out of order. Both days we delt with little to no AC. Breakfast: The advertised breakfast looked incredibly soggy and unappetizing. We ultimately gave up on it and went to the diner across the street. The Terrible (The Plumbing Nightmare): The biggest issue was the bathroom. After a single flush, the toilet began leaking continuously from under the tank. We called the front desk immediately, but they told us they couldn't send anyone up until the morning. When we woke up, the entire bathroom floor was flooded, and the water had soaked deep into the bedroom carpet. They never showed to fix it. We delt with every towel they offered to keep it from dripping further. Verdict: great location cannot make up for a flooding room and a lack of urgency from maintenance. Management seriously needs to address these property infrastructure issues.
