    The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even though hotel seemed recently renovated it gives some old vibes and the cleanliness can be improved. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were very limited breakfast options, don’t expect a lot. Overall, a decent stay.

    If you book thru a 3rd party like engine they refuse to add your loyalty info so you can get the stay credit. Not trying to get the points but they should give you the stay credit. But they will let a pilot car park under the canopy and plug in to electrical. They can mooch electric but I can’t get my stay credit. ***Responses to the owner, I stay over 300 nights a year in hotels using the same 3rd party booking that I used with you. There is a difference between the points and the stay credit. The stay credit helps the guest maintain their loyalty status. The points build tiers within the loyalty status. Wasn’t asking for the points. But you are hurting Best Western loyal customers by denying the stay. Since January of this year staying at primarily Best Western hotels your establishment is the first to deny the stay credit. I was never expecting the bonus points because those come from direct bookings

    Outstanding Service from Connor I frequently stay at this Best Western during my business travel as a corporate consultant, and I want to recognize Connor, the hotel manager, for truly outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and helpful in every interaction. During my stay, I had an issue caused by an Expedia error. Connor took ownership of the situation, clearly explained what was needed, and—most importantly—followed through exactly as he promised to help get it resolved. That level of accountability and customer care is not something you see everywhere. Connor is one of the best representatives this Best Western chain has to offer. His professionalism and genuine commitment to guests are a major reason I will continue choosing this hotel whenever I am in Pauls Valley. Highly recommended.
