  The hotel itself is nice and the service is very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. However, our hotel room (227) had a few problems. The AC would make loud clunking noises when it shuts off and there was a little ding in the wall when you first enter. There were some stains on the ceiling, curtains and furniture. Plus the hallway on the second floor smelt a little like marijuana. I wish there was a pool, but overall this hotel was okay. 👍

  Front desk (named Sunny) was extremely rude for no apparent reason. He had an aggressive body posture, yelled, and I honestly thought he'd physically attack me, when asked a simple request. I cancelled my reservation with no apology. Avoid this place like the plague. He changed as soon as I started recording and this was just the tip of the iceberg.

  My favorite things about my stay would probably have to be the dirty shower, rusty microwave, and dirty fridge. If they can’t even wash the hair from someone else out of the shower I can’t imagine they’re cleaning much of anything else.

  We stayed here for the night as we had an early morning flight out of Tulsa. We chose this place as it had a free shuttle to the airport. However I do not think I will stay here again despite the convenience of the shuttle. Our room was in need of a deep cleaning. Nothing obviously gross but you can tell it was all surface cleaning and it needed a deep clean. Our bed was not comfy and we woke up pretty sore the next morning. However, we appreciate the professionalism of the front desk clerk and the shuttle driver. We were offered a water bottle at arrival and it was much appreciated.
