  We stay here often. The room Temp was set for the room to be cool when we came in!! Great staff who remember you.

  Arrived and was assigned to room 201. Entered the room and saw stains on the chair and carpet. Ok not a big deal. Then tried to turn on the TV and it was broke. Asked the front desk if they had a maintenance guy and she said he had already left for the day. I asked for another room. No was the answer. Said I would have to wait at least until Sunday to get the TV fixed if he came by. Totally unsatisfactory. I then put the keys on the desk and left. Went to the Hampton Inn. What I get for trying to save a buck. Obviously won’t be back.

  WiFi doesn’t work at all. The pillows are hard as rocks and the bathroom door has been chewed through by an animal. When I came back to my room to check out the maids has thrown away $20 worth of food I planned to take with me before my checkout time had arrived. The manager sucks and is non compliant to guest

  The staff was amazing and accommodating. I'm a travel consultant and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick stop before or after a plane trip. Comfortable room too!
