Not sure how this hotel is part of the IHG group. It’s rough. More of a truck driver flop house. I live in IHG hotels 7 months out of the year and this is by far the worst ever. Nothing works or is worn out.

First off.. elevator has no require certification and inspection form.. Illegal elevator.. city has been called. 2nd. I tried to take a shower in the.morming and there was NO cold water and the hot was SO hot it would burn you to touch. Their ice machine is broken, and they pretend to not know. They were "out" of laundry soap. A ridiculous hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

I do not reccomended anyone with animals to go here. The "pet friendly" guest do not get the proper treatments as everyone else. House keepers would purposely skip cleaning your room weekly. All because they are scared of dogs. They refused to go any near to my dog. I had to hound them to get the room clean after being here for 3 weeks. Founf out that other people getting them even twice a week. I have put a note on the door saying please knock loud for me to able to hear. Im hard of hearing. They removed the note without knocking. Save your time not booking here. Book at the Hampton they are so much nicer about room cleaning and such.

I'm not one to usually post a review let alone two but I feel these issues are easily preventable. And may affect future people wanting to stay here. Noticed rat droppings in our drawer in the closet where we stored extra food. After emptying the closet we noticed a lot of rat droppings on the floor. Brought this to the front desk and hopefully they take it seriously but it seems a 3 star hotel wouldn't have these issues.
