Wonderful service, above and beyond. The maintenance man, Juan, noticed I was having trouble opening the umbrella in pool area. Came over without being asked, opened it, and fixed the problem. Patricia, kitchen manager, runs an immaculate and loaded breakfast bar. First night we were placed in a room, 336, AC was malfunctioning. The clerk at the desk, didn't get her name, moved us to a different room without any difficulty. The only issue I had was with a private business giving swimming lessons to children and this interfered with my grandchildren who were unable to play unfettered by private business operating in their pool. Otherwise, nice people, nice place and good location.
The staff were totally awesome breakfast was delicious the pool was fabulous

We stayed at this hotel for about a week.
Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals, you need to bring your own groceries. It was very convenient, especially for a longer stay.
The breakfast was good and had a nice variety.
The hotel also has a free laundry room with washers and dryers, you just need to bring your own laundry detergent.
There is a good gym and a pool that we really enjoyed.
The service was excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staybridge Suites is the best hotel we have stayed at, and I don't have a single negative thing to say about it! The rooms are so nice, and you can get a two bedroom suite for a reasonable price, and there is not only a delicious full breakfast, but Monday through Wednesday they give you a full meal from 5:30 to 7:00! They call it small plates, but last night we had Greek meatballs, hummus and naan bread as well as fruit, and they call that a small plate! Everyone at this hotel, especially the one at Quail Springs, is very hospitable and accommodating! Camille is welcoming and friendly at the front desk, and Elizabeth, Patricia and Alicia do great with the breakfast, and are very welcoming and accommodating! Thank you so much Staybridge staff, for making our anniversary so relaxing and special!
Loved this hotel! Staff are awesome! Dulce at the front desk was always super helpful and knew her job well, professional and friendly. Patti and the rest of the morning breakfast crew were all great! Always keeping the place stocked and clean! Staying there for a whole month, we saw plenty of folks and kids who left messes. The breakfast crew were always quick to keep a tidy eating area. The room service and maintenance folks were all friendly and helpful! Since we didn't need regular room service, we asked for help or supplies as needed, the front desk and house staff were some of the nicest we've encountered anywhere at any hotel! This hotel is lucky to have such great employees! Next time we're in OKC, we already know where we'll be staying! The location is also second to none! So many choices for eating right around the hotel in every direction, all within walking distance! Plus a nice mall across the parking lot!
The only negatives we encountered were the pool always had a lingering smell of raw sewer gas, thus we only went swimming once. You could smell it any time you were outside near the pool. Definitely need a plumber to locate and fix wherever that is coming from!
Lastly, the grills need some real TLC! They're great Weber gas grills, but some of the internals need replacing. The flame deflectors were rusted to the point of laying directly on the flame rails or just completely missing in both grills. Also, there was no grease trap under either of the grills, so our grilled chicken dinner left a grease puddle on the brick under the grill we used. The other grill also had a greasy mess under it. The thermometers were also broken. Womp womp. Luckily, Weber makes replacement parts that are pretty inexpensive! It wouldn't cost much to make the area more pleasing to use! Maybe leave some instruction on cleaning out the grease trap for guests (once they are installed) or the pool maintenance guys could check and clean them out each morning as needed? Just a thought.
