- CWChelsey WelchJun 29, 20261.0Would leave 0 stars if I could. Dirty rooms upon checkin. Door left propped open when we got there which tells me they knew about the AC problem and was trying to cool the room before we got there. AC wasnt working. Stayed in a double room with 5 kids 2 adults. The couch wouldnt even fold out because the tv stand in the way. So false information getting a bed in the living room for 2 kids to sleep. Had to order a fan because the ac was messed up and wouldnt cool down. On top of that requested compensation. Was told we would get refunded 215 plus tax. Verified it 3x upon checking out. Call to check on the status of that monday. Get told i wasnt told that. That we were going to be charged that. I repeatedly said she needs to take that up with her team since I was told that and wrote it up. Keep getting called basically a liar on the phone. Terrible business. Terrible customer service. I know mistakes can happen, but make it right and don't argue with a customer after they were lied to. Apologize for the misunderstanding and FIX YOUR MISTAKES.

Only thing I would like to see changed is towel pick-up and replacement. As with most hotels they only leave a few towels then you have to go and request more. My suggestion for management. Leave twice as many towels as room occupants or check twice a day if towels need replacing.
