  I reserved a mobility handicap accessible room for an 86-year-old guest and confirmed it ahead of time by phone, along with bringing two small dogs. I was told the pet fee would be waived. When we arrived, we were given a hearing accessible room instead of a mobility accessible room. The room was not usable for our needs. My 86-year-old guest could not safely access the bathroom or get into the bed. We spoke with Zoe at the front desk and Garrett, the manager. We were told there was nothing they could do and received no assistance or alternative accommodation, even though the issue was clearly communicated in advance. We were still charged for the stay despite the room not meeting basic accessibility requirements. This caused significant stress and hardship for our family. I expect better from an IHG property and long-time rewards member experience.

  Our stay at Staybridge Suites Oklahoma City Dwtn - Bricktown was excellent from start to finish. After reading several negative reviews beforehand, I honestly found many of them to reflect personal frustrations unrelated to the actual quality of the hotel itself. In our experience, the hotel exceeded expectations in multiple areas. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options and was consistently well-stocked each morning. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the staff — every employee we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made the experience even better. The only minor drawback was that our room’s windows faced the driveway entrance, and the view was partially obstructed by a nearby wall. The location in Bricktown is also a major advantage, providing convenient access to downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment while still feeling safe and relaxing. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, outstanding service, and a very enjoyable guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oklahoma City.

  Beautiful room! The restrooms definitely need to be more spacious. Service from staff no matter the role alwaya kind and professional. This was the best breakfast buffet. So many healthy choices. Great location! Definitely will be back. Thank you!

  My husband was in the car booking the room online. We had been traveling all day. I asked to use the restroom. Your front desk person got that tone and said, "we don't have a restroom on the first floor." I told my husband to find another hotel. Either your public restroom isn't public or your employee is lying.

  The hotel was nice and clean. The only bad thing is that they do charge for overnight parking which in my opinion is being greedy. Your hotel is not in downtown of a major city where space is scarce, your in outskirts of the downtown that too in oklahoma. Besides that everything was fine, the overnight parking is dumb in my opinion.
