  I stayed at the Staybridge Suites OKC Bricktown for 2 nights in October 2026. The room was good. However, service was virtually non-existent. The location is adequate for exploring downtown OKC but it's on the outskirts. This is the 5th different Oklahoma City hotel I've stayed at in Bricktown, so I'm familiar with the area. The room was nice. There was a well-equipped kitchen area which I never used. Plenty of sitting space where the TV is, which is where I kept most of my bags and luggage. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of service. After the first day, my roommate loudly complained that they didn't even bother to replace any of the used towels. I had to go downstairs and retrieve fresh towels myself. Also, the Kleenex box started with very few tissues so I had to go downstairs and pick up a new box myself. Technically, there's a small sign in the bathroom explaining that for those staying for more than a week, full service cleaning is offered on a weekly basis. For those staying less than a week, light touch housekeeping is offered daily but not during the weekends, unless specially requested by 5 PM on Friday. The two nights I stayed were Friday & Saturday so we got zero housekeeping. And since normal check-in starts at 3 PM, you only have a 2 hour window to realize you need to specially request weekend light touch housekeeping. While this trend may be common in the hotel industry (often under the guise of being environmentally friendly), it just seems like a way for hotels to cut costs by reducing or eliminating service. There's supposed to be a free breakfast starting at 7:30 AM on the weekend, but I never got to try it because it opened so late. My work group had to leave early every morning (typically 6:30 AM) and breakfast wasn't open that early. Other hotels have tended to be more accommodating. Sometimes they have earlier breakfast hours & sometimes they are willing to accommodate groups by opening early but Staybridge couldn't do this. Staybridge advertises a pool but it wasn't accessible. It looks like it was either closed for the season or under renovation because it was sealed up. There is a fitness room, business center (2 computers with a printer), free guest laundry facilities (laundry supplies not included), an outdoor grilling area, and an outdoor basketball hoop. A lot of reviews complain about the parking cost ($12/night). But having stayed at a lot of Bricktown hotels, the parking situation is actually quite good here. Many Bricktown hotels don't have their own parking lots and the only options are pricey valet parking. Other Bricktown hotels have lot access but charge much higher rates. So the Staybridge actually has one of the cheaper parking options in the area (unless you want to opt for street parking but then you have to carefully watch the meter). Of course, the reason Staybridge has a spacious parking lot is probably because it's on the edge of Bricktown, running up against I-235 and I-40. Being close to the junction of these two interstates does make it easy to get to the hotel via car. However, since it's on the edge of Bricktown, it adds to the walking distance if you are planning to explore the downtown area. Even if you are planning to utilize the city's free tram system (OKC Streetcar), it is a decent walk from Staybridge Suites. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Will Rogers Airport (OKC). It's close to Riversport Adventures (3-5 minute drive or 15 minute walk). For driving, it's 10 minutes to OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark & the First Americans Museum, 12 minutes to OKC Zoo, Science Museum, or Pigeon Museum, and 15 minutes to the Osteology Museum. For walking, it's 20 minutes to Myriad Botanical Gardens and 30 minutes to the Museum of Art or OKC Memorial, though you might be able to shave 5-10 minutes off using the free downtown tram. While certainly not among the best Bricktown hotels, Staybridge Suites is adequate. The SE corner location and parking lot make it a decent option for some guests.

  Room was spacious and very clean. Sheets, bed, and pillows were comfortable. Large selection for breakfast! Self parking for $12. Within walking distance of restaurants and the comedy club. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again.

  Let's just start from the beginning. My mom booked a stay for 3 rooms so that our family could meet in a central Oklahoma location to spend time/hang out together. She specifically booked 3 rooms (2 side by side and 1 directly across the hall) and when we went to check in yesterday, the rooms were not available even though we reserved them. So we ended up with 2 rooms on the 4th floor and 1 on the 5th. NOT EVEN THE SAME FLOOR!! Then we find out that you have to PAY $12 PER CAR TO PARK in the parking lot of the hotel that you are already paying for! Also, I understand needing to know approximate ages on the kiddos we had staying with us but they wanted exact ages of every child. Not happening. The only reason I even gave it a 2 star rating is because the beds/pillows were actually comfortable. None of us will ever book at a Staybridge again.
