- TPTerri Price2 days ago1.0The ac in our room didn’t work, it was 78 degrees in our room and we had to leave at 5am, horrible, I would like to say that the employees were very kind and I did enjoy the hotels decor and if the ac had worked it would’ve been a more enjoyable stay

- MGM GrossMay 9, 20261.0The room had an odor as if they were trying to mask other smells. I should have requested a new room, but didn’t. The couch was filthy; I eventually cleaned parts of it myself as the dripping bbq sauce ( best guess) on the side was disgusting. I never did sit on it. The only other chair was a desk chair that had broken swivel. The room was adjacent to the open eating area and bar, and it was noisy at night. The worst thing was that I woke up at 3:30 am to the sound of a monotone voice outside my room, which was loud enough where I couldn’t get back to sleep. I thought perhaps TV at the bar was left on. I called the front desk and asked the lady to look into it. She said she was at the front desk and was not hearing anything. I asked her to walk 150 feet over by the bar and listen. I waited until 4:20am and the sound had not been addressed, so I called the desk again but no one answered. I finally got dressed, opened my door, walked across the hall from my door and looked over the ledge and saw some guy at a table listening to an audio book on his phone. I walked back to my doorway, then yelled out for him to please turn the sound down, then shut my door. Within 5 minutes he finally turned it off. Worst hotel experience I’ve had!!!
