Got my truck hitch stolen in parking lot, there are no security cameras outside of front door. The pool was freezing cold. Breakfast isn’t included. My kids who have stayed in dozens of IHG properties said this one was the worst breakfasts.

Affordable place to stay. Issues: 5 times needed a key reprogram, crazy for a 3 night stay. Only one working elevator, room on the 5th floor inconvenienc returning to have key reprogram. A nice breakfast buffet, but the coffee sucked. If you're going to run any form of a restaurant BREW COFFEE! Its not hard. The self service coffee machine was terrible. Asked for a glass of water, I wave to walk back to the lobby for a self serve glass of water. These things just dont make sense.

The absolute worst, bed was like sleeping on a padded piece of concrete smelled like piss and the breakfast area is swarming with gnats staff was rude. This takes a whole new meaning of a roach hotel. STAY AWAY!

From the moment I walked into the Holiday Inn Express at Quail Springs, Yolanda set the tone for an exceptional stay. She greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel welcome. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference. Yolanda handled every question with patience and confidence, and you can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to meet someone who brings this level of kindness and dedication to their role, but she does it effortlessly. If you’re staying at this location, you’re in great hands. Thank you, Yolanda, for making my experience outstanding.
