  Great experience and Queen, at the front desk was able to accommodate my early arrival since I was there for business. She was an absolute sweetheart. I always stay at Holiday Inn locations because most are updated and they are consistently clean, and welcoming. Thanks for the stay, I'll be back again.

  Great location, but our room was just ok. No microwave, or fridge in the room & the room we stayed in felt a little smaller than other Holiday Inn Express rooms I've stayed at. I think this hotel gets booked up every night, so it's gonna be busy. It's a great location, but I think if I'm ever gonna stay downtown in Bricktown again I'm try a different hotel down there... maybe one with a bar. Also you have to pay $25/ day extra here for parking : (

  Had a reservation for this hotel, but my flight got canceled, and wouldn't arrive til the following day. I called the hotel and the lady at the desk assured me I would be good for the remaining nights on my reservation. Found out once I arrived in OKC that they had completely canceled my reservation and were goimg to charge double my initial rate to 'rebook'.

  ive never left a review or been a karen but this was an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. Do NOT book a room here unless you want your reservation canceled at the last minute for absolutely no reason. I’ve stayed at this hotel prior. So, I didn't expect to be treated like complete garbage this time around. I drove two hours out of town for a stay that was confirmed BOTH by email and over the phone the day before. When I went to check in online from the email, my stay was gone. So I called the hotel and the front desk smugly informed me that the General Manager had canceled my reservation that day without giving me any notice or warning whatsoever. When I demanded an explanation, they completely dismissed me, refused to give a reason, and arrogantly told me the GM "can just do that" and that I had to go find somewhere else to stay. Leaving my friend and I stranded in a big town two hours away with nowhere to go is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsafe. The staff is dismissive, the General Manager is an absolute joke, and the customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. We ended up late to the concert we were going to because we had to figure out a new place to stay with our funds . INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL
