Logan was so great. He was very knowledgeable about the area. It was great to talk with someone that actually cared at the desk.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I would never recommend or go back here. The attendants had a terrible attitude when politely asked anything. The front desk manager argued with me when I asked a question. No hospitality whatsoever. Also, this is the first time I have ever even given any company a bad review. Horrible experience.

Loved our stay! It was very clean and the staff were so friendly! Clarisa was so kind, and held the door open for us. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Stayed here for one night while driving out west. Check-in was quick and easy, service was fine, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is one of the biggest positives. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightlife within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Bricktown without having to drive. My only real complaint is the $25-per-day parking fee. I understand charging for parking in a downtown area, but there is a massive parking lot directly behind the hotel that appeared to be maybe 10% full during our stay. If the hotel owns or controls that lot, it's difficult to understand why guests are still being charged $25 per night to park there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I would just make sure to factor the parking fee into the total cost when comparing hotels in the area.

Next to police station. Rooms were clean aside from carpets needing replacements. Bathroom shower door needs fixing. Parking is not free but there's a free public parking outside after 6p if any available. As an ihg member they usually give you free snack with bottle, I had to ask for it. Since we have to do early ck out I asked if they have at go breakfast bag, they said no, not the same as the previous IHG we stayed at in AZ. Gas station is very hard to find downtown. We found Shell gas station almost a mile away... sketchy. Construction ls nearby. Hotel is walking distance to breweries, convenient center, food places.
