  Stayed here last week for a business trip, and it is definitely a no-frills, uninviting property. While acceptable for a quick work trip, I won't be returning. The most absurd policy goes to their drinking water. The hotel provides zero complimentary water in the rooms, meaning you have to trek down to the front desk just to get a bottle. You get one free bottle at check-in, and then they charge $2 a bottle for the rest of your stay. Charging guests for a basic human necessity is ridiculous. The front desk staff matched the unwelcoming vibe of the place. They weren't overtly rude, but it was painfully obvious they did not want to be there and certainly did not understand customer service. When my team and I had basic questions about the conference room (another fiasco), the staff member had zero clue and offered nothing beyond telling us to talk to the general manager, which ultimately forced me to demand to speak with the GM directly because she was completely unhelpful. Housekeeping was at least a bright spot regarding daily room cleanings, but they dropped the ball on the coffee setup. For a few days straight, they left three decaf Keurig cups, whether that was due to running out of regular coffee, carelessness, or something else entirely. The building's infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired. There are two elevators, but only one was working, and it was very slow with a funny musky smell that was present during my last stay here as well. Predictably, that lone elevator broke down during one of the days, forcing all guests to use the stairs until it was fixed the next day. On top of that, the shower water pressure was a joke, and the room AC struggled constantly against the over 100 degree outside temperatures, swinging between being either way too cold or far too warm. Given the complete lack of proper customer service and staff, I won't be coming back here.

  Front desk lady with curly hair very unprofessional she was working nights 7/29 also we got up to the room room was not clean try taking my kids a bath soap bottles were all empty this will be the first and last time we stay here. Also took my kids for breakfast and the biscuits was not done very Doughy on the inside I told the Mexican lady and she said they were done. I had to show her that they were all doughy and she still left them there WORST HOTEL EVER

  Our room had about a foot of mold on the floor. We asked for a room change and they told us they could not. They told us we had to stay the night or find somewhere else until they could make room tomorrow. We asked for it to be cleaned and they offered to give us some cleaning supplies and said they would not clean it themselves.

  Everything is nice and clean! The amenities are very nice. I booked the room and was able to check in within 10min. Smooth and easy. Location is just off a busy intersection, but other than that it is fine. Special shout out to Miss Janna at the front desk. Asked for her assistance in helping a family member get a last min room and letting me pay for it. She worked everything out and constantly checked with me to make sure everything was good on our end. She is an asset to Holiday Inn and the company should do something special for her.
