  Everything about this place is great. Clean, neat, organized, helpful. I wish all Best Western hotels were like this.

  I am a rewards member for Best Western and was treated very rude I booked book now pay later which means reserve now and pay when you get to hotel that is how it have always been NEVER but this location tried to take out rooms before hand and not advised so they started canceling rooms with notifying and this was a motorcycle event people traveling I called hotel (OKC) to ask why was they trying to take money out and got a rude night manager by the name of Shawn hung up on me to call corporate and they tell me nothing can be done call tomorrow morning and call back the next day and got a lady refusing to give her name and then hang up in my face..I will NEVER stay at this location again

  When you walk into the room you get the sense that it's a nice, new modern hotel. Then when you go into the bathroom of room number 412, there is a seriously cracked and broken tile. The handle to turn on the shower is so loose I felt like turning it would break off the wall, let alone the fact that you can see INTO THE WALL because the knob/handle isn't seated properly. There's supposed to be a light on the switch, the one in the room works, the bathroom one does not. There is dark spots all over the wall near the small mirror, and what looks like either makeup or dirt ON THE CEILING.

  Every time I travel with my family, we always look for Best Western plus there are many locations that deserve 5 stars. This location was kind of uncomfortable upon arrival. The concierge was very friendly, but when going to the room, the toilet had fecal matter stains. Brought this to the attention to the concierge . You can literally hear trucks going by the Interstate specially when they use their Jake breaks. Some of the areas of the hotel did have a funny smell. The breakfast options require a little bit more attention!! The service ladies need to be trained, specially when they come across people, at least say hello or good morning, good Afternoon they seem so uptight.

  I am beyond upset! I was traveling from out of town. They had a promotion buy 2 nights get 1 free. If it was not free I believe it was a 50 dollar gift card or equivalent to a free night. The only reason why im second guessing free night is because they said they did not have that promotion during that time. They said it will take 2 to 3 months to post on my best western account. Fast forward 6 months later there is no free night on my account. I'm on the phone with them for a hour just for them to tell me someone from that location will contact me. I chose best western because my aunt swore by them but I will no longer be returning to any best western. They are a scammed and I do not recommend, front staff was also rude but to be fair they did apologize.
