- MLMaura L6 days ago5.0Stayed here one night. We didn’t have a reservation and just walked in for a room. The gal working had great customer service skills and was really helpful when we needed more towels and pillows. The floor was quiet. My only recommendation is that the breakfast could use something else. There was no meat (sausage, bacon, etc). There are eggs and potatoes, bagels, muffin, waffles, yogurt and a couple cereals.

Jessica at the front desk was genuinely kind and made sure I had exactly the room I was looking for. She did not have to go that extra mile but she did, and it made a real difference after long days on my feet at the hospital. The hotel was clean, well kept, and had everything I needed. Nothing felt worn down or overlooked. You can tell the staff actually takes pride in it. The part that really stuck with me was when I had to check out earlier than planned. Dealing with a refund through a third party booking site is usually a nightmare, but manager Brenda jumped in and handled it for me. She stayed on it until it was resolved. I was not expecting that at all and it meant a lot. If you are traveling to the Quail Springs area, especially for something like work or a medical rotation, do yourself a favor and stay here. Brenda and Jessica are the kind of people that make you want to come back.
