Check in was pleasant and courteous with the agent happily accommodating my room request on the top floor. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and spotless! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options! On top of all that it is is extremely easy on the wallet!! Thank you Avid for a great visit! My new go to when visiting my family in Edmond!!

As a softball coach hotel stays are a big part of my life. This has been the BEST possible experience at a hotel dealing with her! She is upbeat, profesional, and just a great person! With that being said, anytime im in okc, I will be staying at avid just because of how great Jessica has been! Thanks for everything, hope to see you next year!
- MWMelissa WoodardAug 7, 20265.0Check in was an interesting. I booked 2 rooms online but wanted them paid separately. The 1st room gets complete and as the manager is doing the 2nd room I asked about things to do in the area. She told us she hates Oklahoma lived here her whole life but Kentucky is where to visit. 🤦🏼♀️ we get our room keys and head to rooms. Rooms super clean and bigger than expected. Pool area was ok nothing special and the gym was on the nicer side. The coffee is fresh ground available 24/7 and the breakfast was nothing special but enough so you didn’t go hungry or 1 less meal eating out. Jessica 2nd shift front desk was AMAZING. She realized that 1 of our rooms didn’t process and we told her the story and she worked through everything. We checked our card and it stated processing. She called the manger and the manager blamed us for booking 2 rooms and wanting them split plus we threw her off by asking for things to do in the area. I would love to see Jessica get a manager position as she was so kind, caring and helpful.
