- DSDylon Sigala4 days ago1.0Old lady at front desk during the day during the weekdays is a rude and unwelcoming person. Wouldn’t let me check in until my Tour director Erik from Tornadic Expeditions was there because names under room was messed up. Then before that I called about a shuttle and she said we don’t have shuttles during the afternoons and hung up. I freaking love this hotel and other staff but this lady has put a bad taste in my mouth. Also have heard issues from other guests about this lady being insane

The soap dispenser in the lobby men’s bathroom is empty/broken and the outside trash cans are overflowing.
- MFMark FosterApr 29, 20263.0Rooms are comfortable just the breakfast was where I was disappointed. The food side was ok. I get it your not putting out an extra large speed. The coffee from the machine that grinds it was watered down very week, the Juice Machine didn't have any juice. The One labled Orange Juice was supposed to be pineapple mango but it had a color but no flavor. The other 3 didn't have anything it was water.

I wish the administration called me. I opened a claim about this unacceptable conduct. We all deserved to be treated with respect and comprehension. I'm a diamond member elite from IHG, as a member this hotel is the worst experience we've ever had. I found he's name later, His name is Robert and this gentleman need to be removed from customer service immediately. I'll be sure avid corporate and IHG both know about this guy.
