John Paul helped me and he was so sweet and patient. I would highly recommend this company based on this interaction alone. Hopefully we can stay in the near future.
- MHMichael Hudson4 days ago2.0I’m going to start off by saying that my very 1st time staying in this hotel the service was very good and friendly and they took very good care of me then. My most recent stay was July 4th weekend and the front desk was very helpful as usual but we did not receive new towels or linen until the day before checkout. We stayed from July 3rd to the 6th. The elevator and 2nd floor hallway was very hot and seemed like the ac was out. I did notice something very bothersome that wasn’t an issue before during my first stay. The issue was homeless people roaming the parking lot and around the vehicles. I didn’t notice any type of security like I did the 1st time I stayed. This security company from the 1st time was on top of everything. The name of the company was Blackhawk security, and these guys were on top of making sure the parking lot was secure. I had a negative result of them not being there this time and the negative result was my truck was keyed in the middle of the night!!!!

I did get a good night's sleep, quite and safe area thats a plus!!! I like the fact they dont have carpert in the rooms. Water was good and hot, no microwave in room not deal breaker, really lovely breakfast good variety. Nice clean place to stay. Beware if you watch telly night b4 bed you will be disappointed. I used my tablet to watch my favorite evening show it helped me to feel normal. Restaurants galore, WM, Nothing but BUNT(that made my day), WINGSTOP all within 3miles

Dove products in pump bottles for showering. Large TV's in rooms. Guessing they are 55 or 65 inch TV's. Plenty of seating in the lobby area with a TV. Shuttle service for airport.

The rooms have blow dryers and clothes irons, a small refrigerator, but no microwave. Services been good and prompt - I'd be happy to stay here again
