  Prior to booking the room, I asked if the hot tub was working and the booking agent confirmed it was. As soon as we checked in the front desk attendant said It had been out of order for a few weeks. The carpet wasn’t fully cleaned, the pillow on the bed smelled like urine, not enough towels for a suite and the extra sheets weren’t available in the room so we had to call front desk to deliver them oh and the toilet seat was loose. Staff were friendly and helpful, but this hotel is not in the best shape.

  We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and convenient. The hotel is South of Oklahoma City and has easy access to the Interstate. We avoided Oklahoma City commuter traffic in the morning by being South in Norman, OK. There are plenty of options for eating dinner around the hotel.

  Hotel was one of the better Holiday inn. Hotel was clean parking lot was paved and in good shape. Ericka was pleasant and conversing during check-in. We tend to sleep a little later, in not s problem for housekeeping at all. They serviced our room. Speaking of housekeeping, they service the rooms every day, unlike many others who used COVID as an excuse to no longer provide daily service. This is the second stay at this hotel.

  BED BUGS!!! I wish I had looked at reviews before booking this hotel. I laid down in the bed and had the light on and was relaxing before I went to sleep and a few minutes later I see 2 bed bugs heading for me. 3rd floor room 306. I quickly packed up and went down to the lobby. Front desk just said, ok let's get you a different room. They did not seem surprised, or concerned. The 2nd room they gave me was on the 4th floor other end of hall 420. I couldnt find any bed bugs but it was dirty. Dead beetle behind bed and trash like they never clean behind bed. Also the bed bug cover on the bed was plastic and ripped, so won't protect from the bugs that are headed from the 3rd floor. Super disgusting and will never stay here again. Only thing good is the location but there are better hotels next door.
