  Horrible experience. My family and I arrived early morning so of course, too early to check in. I called several times throughout the day to see if we could check in early and the lady working at the front desk informed me that they would not have anything available to check in early because they had one housekeeper on a Saturday. It was already a stressful day and when I finally got my key cards at 3:40 p.m., we go up to the room and it smelled musty and couldn't believe how nasty the furniture looked. We got the queen suite because it has two queen beds and a sofa bed and we intended to have our little ones sleep on the sofa bed. It was so bad we just turned right back around and left. Please do not stay here. I've always had good experiences with Best Westerns so I thought this spot would be a good alternative. IT WAS NOT.

  NEVER EVER EVERRRRRRR AGAIN!!!!!!! Guests BEWARE!!!!! Bed bugs, mold, and HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! The worst part is, if you complain they call the police and have you removed, so we said absolutely nothing while we were there in fear of being kicked out when everywhere was booked!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

  Our football team traveled 4.5 hrs to Muskogee for a summer tournament and were supposed to stay here. At about 1 AM, we found out a couple of the rooms reserved had bed bugs, displacing multiple players and adults for the night. While checking our remaining rooms, one room had dead roaches and chewed Zyn packs between the bed and wall, along with a huge brown stain was all over the wall and the floor, and other guests came out claiming their rooms didn’t have bugs, but were filthy and had mold. The coach attempted to get a refund on the rooms since the employee couldn’t put them in another room and he was told they couldn’t/wouldn't refund him until 10 AM and the only option was to figure out how to squeeze 20 teenagers and 9 adults into the non infested reserved rooms. The cops were called, and being trespassed was threatened by employees when the customers who paid for rooms were told they had nowhere to sleep. The cops basically said if they’re being trespassed, then a refund needed to be issued right away and said they were totally on our side in this whole situation. The whole ordeal wasn’t even situated enough until almost 4 am with multiple kids still awake. Kids were dispersed throughout rooms having to sleep in chairs and the floor, and multiple adults ended up having to sleep in their cars as other hotels, including this one, were completely booked. Thankfully, we never really come down here that Sure Stay in Muskogee, Oklahoma will never be an option for our team to stay in again

  It was terrible came 4 1/2 hrs here for a 13u football tournament and when it came time to lay down bed was infested with bed bugs. Go to check on my other kids and coaches rooms 2 other rooms was also infested we go to take to the desk worker and he instantly threaten to call the cops, so we called them our self and had to keep going back and forth to either move us or give us our refund we ended up finally getting our money back at 2am and now sleeping in our cars poor kids going to be tired at their games tomorrow.
