  It had mold and things leaked throughout the place. Bed ruffle and carpet stained. The bed sheets were clean but only two pillows. Desk but no chair. Wifi weak. Breakfast disappointed and the check staff was rude. The girl serving breakfast was very nice. I would not stay here again.

  It is rather challenging to determine where to commence this review. I had made the reservation on March 14, 2024. My son and I arrived at the hotel around 4 p.m. There was no one present at the reservation desk. After approximately five minutes, an individual appeared and, speaking in somewhat broken English, inquired if we required assistance. I responded that we wished to check in, and she then stated, "Just a minute," before disappearing. Eventually, I called out, expressing our need for assistance. A gentleman emerged from a room down the hall, engaged in a phone conversation; I later learned this was the manager coming from his office. He asked if we needed something. I confirmed, stating that we would like to check in. He said he was talking on the phone. I said I didn't care. I had reservation and wanted to check in. He took my name saying he couldn't find a reservation for me, I showed him the confirmation number on my phone. He then asked what kind of room I wanted, I replied the two bed queen room I had reservation for. He said he would have to put us on the third floor, I started that was alright. The room was average. It's had a coffee maker with one cup, condiments, and no coffee and the bathroom was not equipped with washcloths. Additionally, the bathroom sink appeared to be detached from the wall. The breakfast provided the following morning was unremarkable. As a Best Western Award member, I found this entire experience to be unsatisfactory.

  Buckle up for this review. It was awful. The room was dirty, floor had visible things all over, the furniture was stained and dirty. It smelled. The phone didn’t even have a cord to plug in to use. Housekeeping never came (4 night stay) until we asked on the 3rd night and only because my son dropped his cologne and glass broke- i informed the staff and cleaned up what I could- came back to the room that night to still chunks of glass on the floor- they had over 14 hours to clean our room and they appeared to have just swept it up. There was no ice or water. The pool wasn’t functioning but no notice online or even at check in. There’s new owners and they’ve just completely run the place down and I’ll never stay again. Just gross.

  Absolutely horrible hotel. Inattentive staff. Room had overpowering mold / mildew smell. Dirty shower. Could not get the staff to clean / service the room at all for 3 days. No towels and a really bad attitude when we asked for towels at the front desk. They only gave us small pool towels. Needed 4 and got an attitude that 4 was too many. Bed sheets were damp. Ac unit did not work. Do not stay here. You'd be better off staying in your car, outside on the ground, behind a dumpster or anywhere else.

  No pool, no wifi working, barely any cable, no shower curtain, no closet doors, bed sheets still damp, and 3 itty-bitty pillows for 2 people to share. Yayyy! Not worth $200/night. Motel 6 value. Oh and let's not forget the used tampon they left in the top drawer of the bathroom!
