  This hotel is not a safe environment 8 plus people screaming/fitting in the parking lot. Not a safe place for a woman to take her dog outside by her self. When I went to the front desk all they could say was these people have been here for months and we have no problems with them. You were already in the room so we can't issue you a refund. I was at this hotel for less then 3hrs and found it to be an unsafe hotel that management is accepting of this activity. But won't issue a refund/parcel refund for customers who don't feel safe in the environment they allow at there place of business.

  Wasn’t very clean. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, break would have been great if the milk hadn’t been chunky.

  Came to muskogee to celebrate my lifelong friends 90th birthday. Stayed in handicap accessable room first floor. Fast checkin. Exceptionally clean room. Enjoyed the very large TV the lady that worked Friday evening...even brought me a plate and plastic ware to have ny dinner that I had to have delivered that is customer service above and beyond. The breakfast was good.

  Horrible experience. My family and I arrived early morning so of course, too early to check in. I called several times throughout the day to see if we could check in early and the lady working at the front desk informed me that they would not have anything available to check in early because they had one housekeeper on a Saturday. It was already a stressful day and when I finally got my key cards at 3:40 p.m., we go up to the room and it smelled musty and couldn't believe how nasty the furniture looked. We got the queen suite because it has two queen beds and a sofa bed and we intended to have our little ones sleep on the sofa bed. It was so bad we just turned right back around and left. Please do not stay here. I've always had good experiences with Best Westerns so I thought this spot would be a good alternative. IT WAS NOT.
