  First off, I hope I have these names correct. Mandy the manager, Shelby the evening desk clerk, and Cindy the breakfast Chef. I say Chef because she obviously cares a great deal about the food quality, service, and variety offered. She was very attentive to guest needs. I loved the egg white omelet and turkey sausage. Many healthier options to choose from. Best food variety I've had at a hotel/motel in several years if not ever. My husband and I had a great time. The room overall was clean. The bed was comfortable and the mounted adjustable tv was a great touch. We had a small issue with a towel but left a note for Melissa the room cleaner. We had the hot tub room and it was nice. Every jet worked and it was clean. We used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and workout space. The jacuzzi had plenty of power but was a little loud. Either way it relaxed every muscle. I was surprised to see the workout area had several machines and free weights with yoga mat. The sanitizing wipes were out but I carry my own so no issue there. It was also open 24 hrs for anytime you work out. The grounds seemed clean and maintained. The inside public areas, from what we could see, was well maintained and clean. The hotel store had a good selection. The location was perfect for our needs. We will stay again and recommend this location to anyone staying in Muskogee. We had a lovely, welcoming stay at Muskogee Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Yes, we will stay here again.

  The rooms are magnificent but you can’t get inside of them. I had to go back to the desk 3x to get functioning keys. I asked Shelby to speak with a Manager. Of course, she did NOT provide a name. She just kept reprogramming the keys and giving them back. 1) The first time the keys did NOT work at all. 2) Second time, one key worked and the other didn’t. I went out to eat and came back and neither key worked. I asked her for just 1 functioning NEW key. Of course, she reprogrammed the same 2 old keys and gave them back. She said the machine was reading like the keys were near my cell phone. I explained the keys were in my bag and my cell phone was in my back pocket. She just reprogrammed and gave them back. 3) Third time, I was able to enter and NEVER locked the door again.

  I was on the ground floor and my room would not adequately cool. They desperately need to service their ac equipment. Apart from that everything else was fine.

  Lyndsy managed a group booking for a family wedding. She was always very responsive, accommodating and flexible throughout all the planning! Customer service at its best!

  Rented a room with a jacuzzi and loved it. Nice clean room. Staff was friendly and the room was super affordable.
