  This hotel was clean, comfortable, and breakfast was good. Heather at the front desk was super nice.

  Shelby at the front desk was very busy but attentive, friendly and pleasant. The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker all included. Nothing at all dingy or out of place. The breakfast area was very clean and the full free breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of food, as well as plenty of seating. I felt safe there, inside and outside. The grounds were clean also. They were cleaning the pool Monday but we got to enjoy it Tuesday evening, before checking out Wednesday morning. We will be going back to Muskogee this Saturday and will be staying there again.

  Everyone has been so kind. We had to leave our houseboat because another storm came out of nowhere and after the last one we knew we had to go and thats what we did. The room were had at first was clean, cool a/c, we all the sudden hear knocking at the door saying something about water, opened the door and she asked if water was running and my husband no why? She said it was coming through to the lobby, we were on the 3rd floor. So we turned on the lights and omgoodness, yes there was water in the bathroom, out into the hall leading to the bedroom area and starting to get to the carpet. So we shut it off and maintenance was called in,the flapper was broken along with the previous occupants apparently clogged the toilet and never mentioned it to the front desk. Since it was after 2am when we checked in we went straight to bed not even taking a shower. We were moved to another room with no problems, they even reimbursed our stay which was really appreciated and we're so kind and accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. So this is the place to stay the night you will be treated great, and you'll be comfortable. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was a bonus and very good with lots of choices.

  I always stay here on my trips to Dallas. The rooms are always clean. It is conveniently located too. Near restaurants and other things I may need. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Once they got my computer cord back to me and I especially love Susan in the restaurant! She is friendly and cheerful and seeing her is an awesome way to start the day! Will always return to this place
