- ENEllory NestleOct 4, 20261.0This place should not be open and I don’t know who needs to be contacted first; the police, the Oklahoma Board of Health or Animal Control. Enjoy wheeling your luggage around all the animals littering the property because the staff is loudly and proudly feeding feral stray cats by all the entrances. If you ask them about it, they will tell you they’ve been doing it for years and will not stop for health or safety, good luck if you’re allergic. The first room had packets of crystallized drugs and open condoms in the drawer by the bed (don’t worry, we have pictures and videos) and open cough syrup in the cabinet which tells you everything you need to know about the competence of the cleaning crew. That room was a SUITE. Hair on the walls in other rooms, cigarettes smells, and management will say it’s because the entire cleaning staff is new and poorly trained. If you ask the cleaning staff themselves, they say they are not new. My husband ended up telling the staff to just stay away from his room for the duration of his stay, as they are incompetent and have no business rooting around his room. 5,000 apology points is actually such a joke, this hotel should be paying its customers instead of the other way around. I will say this, the night crew was kind but told a horrible story about a customer that was following the women around openly masturbating. The day shift was aware of him and didn’t do anything. As I said, call the police, the board of health, and animal control. This place is horrifying.
- MHMike HarrisAug 26, 20261.0This had to be the worse experience I have ever had staying at a IHG property. The room appeared cleaned but had a terrible smell like they had just sprayed the room. I guess I got use to it then I woke up a there were roaches all over the floor it was disgusting. Will never stay at this property again.

- JRJaylan RidgewellMay 31, 20261.0It was our wedding night, and the people at the desk for night shift were as rude as they could be. No smile, no greeting, even some side comments as we walked away. Did it ruin our night? No, but your attitude sucks. 160 dollars wasn’t worth it.
