- MCMichael ChambersMay 13, 20261.0Cards wouldn’t work to get into our room, so we go downstairs to get them fixed and there’s no one there. Ring the bell like the sign says, nothing. Call the number for the hotel, nothing. Called the GM number on the card, nothing. This is honestly a little ridiculous and we won’t be staying here again if this is how guests are treated. We’ve been waiting over 10 mins at this point. Fun fact the young lady finally came out of the back after I rang the front door intercom about 5 times and then held it down for about 5 seconds the last time. I can only assume that she was sleeping since her eyes were halfway open and she was wearing a giant pink hoodie. No apology, greeting, or even saying anything besides, “here” after handing me my new keys.

The room came with a full‑size fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, and microwave, which made it perfect for a longer stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and the property felt well‑maintained. The only downside is that the hotel sits right next to the highway, so depending on where your room is located, you may hear some traffic noise. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker for me, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great in‑room amenities and free laundry (you just buy the soap).

Sherri and all of the reception personnel as well as housekeeping is terrific. Have enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.
