  Booked at a very high rate due to it being one of the only hotels in the area with available rooms. Showed up to dirty sheets in the room. A second set of sheets was brought as no other rooms were available. We had to change these sheets ourselves, and they were also dirty. And the lady left the original dirty sheets in the room with us on the floor. We found several roaches crawling throughout the room later in the evening. Nobody at the front to talk to about it. Finally got somebody on the phone who said there was nothing they could do. We stated we were leaving and would like a refund, which was granted on the phone. The hotel is now denying our refund. I wasn’t expecting a lot out of this hotel and it was just a one night place to sleep, but dirty sheets and bugs are 100% unacceptable especially for almost $200 price gouging.

  Only picture I got is the indoor heated pool, which is nice! The rooms are nice. Staff was friendly. We had no problems

  Completely unacceptable experience,do not stay here. From arrival, there was a strong odor of smoke and marijuana in the lobby. While one staff member was initially kind, another was openly unprofessional, complaining about a guest or a coworker in front of customers and continuing after check-in as if guests were an inconvenience. The odor became overwhelming on our floor, strong enough to make the hallway uncomfortable and extremely difficult to breathe in. Upon entering the room, conditions were unacceptable. The room did not appear clean, including the beds, and had broken or poorly maintained items. It was so uncomfortable that we immediately turned around and refused to set our luggage down. We returned to the front desk right away. Staff were dismissive and visibly frustrated, and instead of addressing the concerns, they questioned our experience. A refund was eventually issued after further discussion. While leaving, we observed smoke coming from one of the hotel room windows, and the odor in that area was extremely strong, consistent with what was present throughout the building. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and not maintained to basic hospitality standards. We will not return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

  Hotel is nice for the price. Full complimentary breakfast served everyday at 6am. I like that the times doesn't change, so you don't have to keep up with weekend vs weekday times/dates. Pretty good location, next to the freeway. Indoor pool is nice and heated, that was cool. Overall not bad at all, front desk was nice and pleasant Very pleased with overall experience.
