  I wish I could do 4.5 stars. The story... They double booked a room which led to an interesting interaction... I had to choose between this Holiday Inn and the La Quinta decided to go with the holiday inn. I decided to go with the Holiday inn. When I get there I get room 312 which is one of my lucky numbers weirdly. So I get to my room and fight with the door, You have to pull the handles up not down which I think is against ADA but whatever. I open the door and its like 90 degrees in the room. I then see a bag on the bathroom counter. I thought it was the hairdryer and clothes iron or something. Then I take a step in and see another bag on the ground, "uh oh this is someone rooms" I say to myself and turn to leave and I am greeted by a horrified older woman. She just so happened to be coming down the hall as I was fighting with the door. So from her perspective I just broke into her room. Thankfully she didn't freak out and we headed to the front desk to get it straightened out. I got moved a few rooms down so it wasn't a big deal. But again this room was REALLY hot when I got in. Now for the actual review. The Cons: The A/C is some super eco friendly thing that shuts off midday and you have to manually keep turning it on. This REALLY sucks when the windows face the west. The door handles/locks are the old style and the keys get wiped very easily especially if you have a phone case with magnets in it. The hot tub doesn't have functioning jets The location kinda sucks if you miss you turn off the highway. The in unit fridge doesn't have a freezer The Pro-con? The shower has almost too much pressure and there isn't a flow adjustment but this is better than not enough pressure. The pros: The bed is REALLY comfortable if you like softer beds The bathrooms are nice The wifi is not the worst I have used The location is good for food as there are multiple shops within walking distance. The breakfast is honestly really good This is better than the la quinta. I am literally writing this review from the la quinta down the rode a week later and next week I will try the hampton.

  Bailey was extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no hospitality and should not work in customer service. She has no cares for her members or her employees. I will never book a Holiday Inn again simply because of my experience with her! Absolutely distasteful experience.

  Bailey, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the way my recent issue was handled. I found your communication to be extremely rude and disrespectful, particularly when you hung up on me. This is not an appropriate way to treat a customer, especially a Platinum Elite member. When I arrived at the hotel on September 1, I discovered that my room had been booked for the previous night. The front-desk employee assured me that there was no need to worry, that the reservation for the previous night had been canceled, and that I would not be charged. However, three days later, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for the night. I immediately contacted the hotel and was told that you were the only person who could process the refund. I was also told that you were in Oklahoma City and would contact me when you returned. I never received a call. I called back two additional times that day and still received no follow-up. I contacted the hotel again this morning and was told by the front-desk employee that the refund would be processed when you arrived. At this point, I have been given conflicting information by multiple employees and have been assured on more than one occasion that I would receive a refund. Despite those assurances, the issue remains unresolved. I have been a loyal customer and expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Being incorrectly charged and then having to repeatedly contact the hotel to obtain a refund is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am requesting that this matter be resolved immediately and that the incorrect charge be refunded to my credit card. I would also appreciate confirmation once the refund has been processed. I hope the hotel takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the billing issue and the manner in which this situation was handled.

  I am writing to formally request a refund for an incorrect charge and to report an incredibly disappointing customer service experience at your property. As a loyal Platinum Star Elite member who frequently chooses your hotels, this level of service is completely unacceptable.On September 1st, I arrived at the hotel and discovered that my 3-room reservation had accidentally been booked for the previous night (August 31st). The front desk agent brought this to my attention. She explicitly assured me that because we did not check in on the 31st, the system would simply cancel the booking without any penalties or charges. She then kindly corrected the error and booked a new reservation for our actual stay.However, three days after checking out, I noticed that my card was fully charged for the August 31st reservation.I immediately called the property to resolve the issue. The front desk agent told me she would speak with the manager to process the refund the following morning and promised a follow-up call. I never received that call. After making multiple subsequent attempts to resolve this, I finally spoke with a representative named Bailey. She was extremely rude, flatly refused to process the refund, and denied my request for the owner's contact information.Given the explicit promises made by your front desk staff during check-in, I request that the full refund for the 3 rooms on August 31st be processed immediately.I value my status with your business
