  Checked out of my first room because of what appeared to be poop on the sheets… I was disappointed when the sheets in my new rooms appeared to have been used and not replaced between guests.

  Mcalester is laid out funny, so coming from the south, getting to the hotel is cumbersome. From the north, easy easy! Great check in, very friendly, room is great!

  Horrible experience! I can’t actually rate the room itself bc we never made it into the room. We were given keys that didn’t work 3 times. Up and down the elevator with suitcases and a cooler 3 trips before deciding we were done. The employee didn’t seem to care that she couldn’t get the key to program. The family after us had water all over the carpet floor, the family before us asked for 2 queens and got a king room. This place definitely needs to get their stuff together! We went across the street to the Hampton Inn And Suites and it was great!!

  I stayed here with several of my colleagues for a course and must say I am sorely disappointed in the property. I found it unacceptable that there was mold in my bath tub and my AC filter looked as if it was there since the building opened. Absolutely unacceptable. Several of my colleagues have gotten sick while staying there from the exposure to mold. I originally I thought the property looked really nice according to reviews and the pictures I was seeing. I will state for anyone who chooses to read this that all those reviews and pictures are incredibly misleading. This hotel is dirty and needs a lot of maintenance to be able to be considered a hotel. Truthfully I would have considered staying at a motel since it looked nicer than this property.

  I am very disappointed in this property. From the moment I stepped in to my room I could tell that it was not cleaned the way it should be. The surfaces were not wiped down, the floors were not swept, the toilet has pee stains, and the bathroom had mold. I started getting sick while staying there after I discovered the filter my AC unit has looked as if it hadn’t been changed in months. The fact that I had to stay in a poorly ventilated room and that it was moldy was unacceptable. I do know that several of my colleagues that were staying there with me were getting sick from mold exposure as well. There was hair that was not my own on my bed sheets and all on the bathroom floor. The housekeeping barely seemed to care about the cleanliness of the room. I appreciated new towels daily but there were days that my bed was never made. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anybody.
