I brought a group to the hotel. Five hotel rooms for four nights each. When I arrived I informed the hotel that I needed to leave a day early. The hotel refused to remove the night from my bill. I emailed and called multiple times. They simply would not work with me. I don't think I could ever recommend staying here again. It's frustrating since I bring a group here every year and would have stayed again. But the poor customer service has removed that possibility. Hope it was worth it. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I went to visit family in the army and it was close, neat, and friendly. Highly recommend this place compared to anything near by.

100% do not recommend staying here. They micro-manage everything. Give you no water cups in rooms but will charge you 3x the price for a pop. Will not give receipt when you check out. Will give any little reason to charge you accidental fee. I work for the state, and the state says knowone will stay there again. Big loss, Garner.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a very comfortable stay. The hotel feels dated, and there was a noticeable musty smell in the room. The towels also had a musty odor. The biggest issue for me was the bright green light from the Cisco device mounted near the bed. It was quite noticeable in the dark and made it difficult for me to sleep. I would strongly recommend addressing this, as getting a good night’s rest is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay. I also questioned the freshness of some complimentary breakfast items, but I’ll leave it at that. I’m sharing this feedback because I think these are relatively simple things the hotel could improve.
