Location between an outlet mall, the aquarium, the Arkansas River and a turnpike made navigation quite challenging! Even with Google Maps directions! Room was clean, quiet. Check in was quick but no restaurants open after 9pm so had to go back out into the streets for food. Car was safe & undisturbed despite being full of camping gear. Hotel parking lot was full on a Monday night too.

BED BUGS!!!! Stay away. Our volleyball team stayed 1 night and several girls in several different rooms had BED BUGS!!!! When we called and tried to talk with the manager, she hung up on us. Avoid like the plague!!!!

My daughter’s volleyball team stayed there this weekend and now we have to treat everything for bed bugs-AVOID!!! According to another guest, their son was bitten by bugs a month ago. Several girls bitten multiple time with bites in a line. Literal adult bed bugs found in bags and suitcases. Please do not stay there until they deal with their issues!!

This past weekend our volleyball team stayed at this hotel and discovered bed bugs. Since that time when voicing concerns the manager has been horrible to talk with about the concerns of bed bugs. Multiple players have found bed bugs amongst their things as well as bites. This hotel is going on our do not stay. And the fact that no one has been helpful in regards to this matter. We would never stay here again.

Beds are worn out. They need replaced. You'll sink into holes in the bed. Anytime you move you can feel and hear the springs. We put our girls in the better bed and they woke up with bites. I couldn't find any bugs but that room needs inspected. (413) Carpets were so dirty, they turned our socks and feet black. They have soap and lotion in the bathroom... they were watered down, especially the lotion. The mini fridge was iced over inside with a puddle of water collecting in the floor. The TV is small and the remote doesn't work well from the beds. The walls are thin. You can hear everything and everyone. People walking in the hall, people next door, people below you. Anytime anybody in nearby rooms took a shower or flushed the toilet, you could hear it You can even hear the elevator. I could hear the guy next door sniffle. Doubt we'll be back.
