  A hotel with an excellent location. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were traveling as a family and felt right at home. A special thank you to Raquel for her wonderful service and attention.

  Held an orientation here today. Worst service ever. The A/C was out in the meeting room where we held a class of 70 people. Got there at 12:30 pm and left at 8:30 pm. The staff could have cared less! Plus we requested audio visual. Which wasnt even working. I confirmed with the manager that all I needed was an HDMI cable. Horrible! Do better!! People were so hot they felt ill. The lady at the desk just laughed.

  Friendly service. Clean rooms. Walking distance to the aquarium and a restaurant with other restaurants nearby without having to fight traffic. Right on the river

  They have no coffee in the rooms and the elevator is very slow or not working at all. This was a very nice place to stay in the past.

  This is the 4th year I have stayed at this hotel for 4th of July. The location is great for activities, food and viewing the firework show. However, I was not very pleased with the new management. I usually stay on the first floor, but was not able to get 1st floor this time. Instead, was put on 4th floor, which is a problem with their elevator being very slow. The rooms are very outdated and need to be remodeled and cleaned up with working fixtures, tvs, etc. They have taken all coffee machines out of the rooms. They have 2 coffee machines downstairs. I went to get coffee 2 times and each time they were not working. I would have to wait for staff to flip the breaker and for the machine to reset. This was a big inconvenience! The breakfast is mediocre. I don't expect much from these kinds of hotels. I always get 2 rooms and on this trip our key cards had to be reset 4 times. The frustration grows when you have to wait on the elevator to go to your room, you can't get in because the key card quits working, so you wait on the elevator to go back down to get it reset, then wait on the elevator to go back to your room. The staff are pleasant and they are trying to be as helpful as they can be, but they really don't have much to work with. The only reason I stay at this hotel is because of location.
