- TLTiffany L.Aug 21, 20261.0I have never spoken to a more hateful human being than Jolene at the o 1800 number… She is so hateful and condescending that I would never do business with candlewood suites ever again in my life… I just can’t believe that they don’t have better training but it’s not a good look and it’s not a good look when a new customer is calling and they get ahold of Jolene

We are mold sensitive and there was only a very slight mold smell when the AC first kicked on but no visible mold or water damage that we could see anywhere. There were fragrances in lobby though and in room (mostly bathroom). There was no mold smell in the outdoor pool. It was not close to downtown but it was in a safe and quieter part of the city.

Never had that before at any other hotel 🤨🫤 1 lady said she could wave the fee another said no, & a different a different price. But still never read anything about an early check in fee, if room was done.
