  One of the best candlewood suites locations I’ve ever been to. Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was very convenient for me in my travels and the room was so comfortable and spacious…would come here anytime I’m in the area

  Great service. Clean rooms. Roof top bar with some food. Must drive everywhere. Main street Jenks is a nice spot for the evening

  Had a good stay here in December 2025 so we returned for another stay which was truly disappointing. The hotel is decent enough but the service at the front desk and from housekeeping was dismal this time. When we returned to the hotel late Saturday night I tried to purchase a snack from the hotel lobby; I had to stand there for at least five minutes while the front desk clerk concluded a completely personal call so I got to hear how she made too much money ($13/hour) to qualify for "food stamps" (her antiquated term, not mine), the best places to buy meat, etc. She only ended her call with the bartender when more guests arrived to check-in. Then, I go to our room and see that while the room hadn't been serviced by housekeeping, they did take the tip I left earlier that morning for them. The only thing housekeeping did was replace a towel; they didn't clean anything, didn't replace the coffee (which was terrible anyway), make the bed, nothing. We let hotel staff know and completed a survey that we received the usual meaningless corporate follow-up response for. Sad because it's a nice hotel and a good location.

  I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always been a very nice place to stay. The room is comfortable, includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, appliances, plates, utensils, glasses and cups. Plenty of room for storage of food items too. The bed is very comfortable and there's a recliner too. In the suite there's a sofa as well. WiFi is excellent and it's easy to connect a device to the TV too. There is no breakfast on site. They may not clean the room every day. But they will empty the trash and give clean towels every day. The people at the front desk were very friendly. When we said we were there because of a death in the family they were very concerned and offered to help in any way possible. They even offered to pray with us, if we needed that.
