  We booked this Holiday Inn Express after we had to leave the hotel we originally booked because it was basically the seventh circle of hell. We’re talking prostitution, drug deals, a fire and the most disgusting room on the planet. I used my IHG app to quickly book with this hotel and then called and spoke with Kristina at the front desk to set up some arrangements for our unique circumstances. She was an absolute goddess for getting us set up so efficiently after having to quickly change plans. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was kind and compassionate toward our super-stressful situation. I actually hugged her when I arrived. For the hotel management, please know that you have a real gem of an employee with Kristina. She helped turn an awful situation into a wonderful weekend. We will be back, and it’s all due to her amazing customer service.

  Overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel and the rooms themselves are very clean. The location is good. The young lady that was working the desk when we checked in, had an attitude for whatever reason and told us that checkout time was at 9:30. Well that’s strange because the sign on the room door says checkout time is noon and so does the website. Also listed among the amenities is a coffee maker in the room. No coffee maker in the room. When I went down at 6 AM to get coffee from the breakfast area I’m guessing either the owner or manager asked how my morning was and I said it would be much better if I knew there was not a coffee maker in the room. I was told that I had to ask for that? That’s a new one on me. There’s a tray that’s typically used for the coffee area in the room. There’s a microwave. There’s a refrigerator. But no coffee pot even though it says in the amenities that there is one. These things need to be changed on the website. And the front desk girl needs to change her attitude. I will say that the coffee in the breakfast area was very good. I just would’ve preferred to have coffee in my room right when I wake up just like any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Also, there is no hot tub or spa. The pool area was nice and clean, but there is no hot tub or spa that needs to be changed on the website also.

  Used my IHG credit card points for a free stay for 3 nights. They gave me the room with issues such as an old worn out bed and a tub that drained slowly and a couple stains on the carpet. On the plus side, the sink was great and it was quiet.

  I used this hotel for a work event and it was great for what we needed. The conference room, the area to setup food, and the a/v capabilities were exactly what we needed. Better than anything though, and reason enough for me to use this hotel again was the sales rep I had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to the point of even responding to an email and fixing an issue we had when she had taken some time off (I didn't know she was off so that's why the email got sent). The customer service the sales team provided was above and beyond anything I could have imagined and set the bar very high for all future locations. Thank you for providing a most enjoyable experience for me and all of our conference attendees.
