  Nice motel. Bedding and bath were clean. Location was convenient to what I wanted to explore. The four for service is for having to wait a long time to get checked out because no one was the desk. I had not received one of the email receipts and wanted to make sure it was sent to me or I would have left. I was actually writing a note to leave with the key card when she finally came after a custodian went looking. She did apologize, was very nice and followed up with the email as promised. I would stay here again any time I'm in the area.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room was not properly maintained — kitchen furniture was damaged and worn, with visible stains and peeling surfaces on cabinets. The overall cleanliness felt neglected, especially in areas that should be regularly maintained. What was most concerning, however, was finding a bug on the bed. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel and raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control. I expected a much higher standard, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that. I hope management takes these issues seriously and will improves both cleanliness and maintenance. Updated Review: I want to clarify something important regarding the hotel’s response to my review. In their reply, they stated that they refunded our stay and that we brought a bug to the front desk. This is not accurate. We were not offered another room, we did not request a refund, and no refund was issued to us at all. It is disappointing to see incorrect information presented publicly instead of taking full responsibility for the situation. My original concerns remain the same — poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and finding a bug on the bed, which is unacceptable. I hope management focuses on improving actual guest experience rather than misrepresenting what happened.

  We stayed here for an overnight mini vacay close to the parents. The rooms were clean and up to covid cleanliness standards. I feel the beds could have been softer but otherwise great stay. There's no road noise lol I mean in the middle of Oklahoma I didn't really expect that but feel like it should be notated. The staff was super friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was plentiful and a great variety of hot foods. If you forgot something, theres a dollar general right next door and it has everything you could possibly need.

  The appearance of the Best Western was very nice. The room was very tasteful and comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly. Overall my stay was pleasant and leisurely.
