  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room was not properly maintained — kitchen furniture was damaged and worn, with visible stains and peeling surfaces on cabinets. The overall cleanliness felt neglected, especially in areas that should be regularly maintained. What was most concerning, however, was finding a bug on the bed. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel and raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control. I expected a much higher standard, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that. I hope management takes these issues seriously and will improves both cleanliness and maintenance. Updated Review: I want to clarify something important regarding the hotel’s response to my review. In their reply, they stated that they refunded our stay and that we brought a bug to the front desk. This is not accurate. We were not offered another room, we did not request a refund, and no refund was issued to us at all. It is disappointing to see incorrect information presented publicly instead of taking full responsibility for the situation. My original concerns remain the same — poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and finding a bug on the bed, which is unacceptable. I hope management focuses on improving actual guest experience rather than misrepresenting what happened.

  The room was spacious and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. At first, I thought they might be too firm, but I slept better than I ever imagined I would. The free hot breakfast was great! We had our pups with us (it's a dog friendly hotel) and the staff was super friendly toward us and our fur-babies. The only two cons were 1) the luggage trolleys were in horrible condition and 2) nobody was ever at the front desk. The luggage trolley was falling apart and we were afraid to use it because it could have easily resulted in someone getting hurt. To get assistance at the front desk, I had to hit the bell a few times and then wait after the desk manager yelled "be there in a minute!" I don't know how they prevent getting robbed in the convenience item area. If I were such a person, I could easily have loaded up! Aside from those things, everything else was exceptional. The housekeeping staff was great and very good at their job! The television and air conditioning worked great and Internet was stable. They are a terrific option if you are need accommodations in Fairview, OK!

  The hotel itself is great. HOWEVER there is lack of trailer parking and having the disabled rooms no where near the elevators is odd and inconvenient.
