- DFDamond FongAug 19, 20261.0Horrible stay, bed bugs were found and they were definitely hiding there for a while considering how huge they were. Went to the front desk to address concerns and the man in front was NOT helpful at all, no basic info was provided. Number for corporate was not provided and was told to look it up ourselves. We decided to go next door to the casino hotel next door and it was so much better.

- MRMel RobertsAug 10, 20261.0I have questions for anyone leaving positive reviews for this place. I wouldn't take money to stay here again, let alone pay the $124 a night. I could list everything that was wrong about it, but plenty of people have already mentioned enough. All I can say is that I won't ever be back and would recommend it to an enemy only. I regret not doing more thorough research when selecting this place. The casino next door appears to be much more hospitable for a similar price.
- LLLAAug 6, 20265.0Room was spacious inviting comfortable and exceptionally clean. Service from the night clerk to the housekeeper breakfast attendant and the morning clerk was fast attentive and everyone was super nice.
- AAATXPeaceAug 5, 20261.0Dirty dirty dirty, bad ants. Don’t pass out, they’ll crawl on you. Defiantly not worth more than $30. Toilet had broken parts, urine stains, bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall, AC cover was falling off. The lawn is not mowed. Very unkept. The first room reeked of weed. We had to change rooms. Whew..never again. Most Best Western’s are not this bad. The curtains had 3 inches of visible dust on it that. Yes, I would consider this place filthy. If you’re going to offer breakfast, don’t say they are real eggs when they are obviously powdered eggs. We have food allergies and those are not the same!
