  BED BUGS!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL STAYING HERE!!!! I was sent to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks. About a week into my stay, I began waking up with what I initially thought were mosquito bites. Then, in the middle of the night, I saw a bug crawling away from me in my bed. I took multiple photos of it, and after killing it, it left a blood stain on the sheets. The photos with the red bug depict the insect I found crawling away from me in bed. The photos of the bug inside the mattress show what I found upon immediate inspection of the bed following my finding the first bug. As soon as I found the bug on the mattress, I immediately packed my belongings, went to the front desk, reported what I had found, and requested to change rooms. The hotel moved me to another room, but that was essentially the extent of the assistance I received. I was not offered compensation, assistance with my belongings, or any other precautions to help prevent bringing the problem home. The next day, I purchased bed bug spray and treated my belongings. I washed my clothes and all other washable items and dried them on high heat for more than two hours. When I returned home, I continued taking precautions by keeping my belongings in my garage and washing/drying everything on high heat before bringing it inside. Despite these precautions, approximately 1 week after returning home, I found an additional insect in my belongings that appears to be a bed bug. The photos of the brown bug depict what I found after returning home. I had never experienced a bed bug infestation before this trip, and I am now dealing with the consequences of finding a bed bug in my hotel room and subsequently finding an additional insect consistent with bed bugs in my belongings after returning home. I am currently facing approximately $1,650 in extermination/cleaning costs after discovering additional insects in my belongings following my return home, on top of the time, expense, and stress involved in dealing with what appears to be an infestation. I contacted the hotel and requested that they address the situation and reimburse me for the extermination expenses. I was told that a manager would contact me. It has now been over a week, and I have still not received a call or any response from management despite my contacting the hotel repeatedly. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Finding a bed bug in a hotel room is bad enough, but being moved to another room without any meaningful assistance or guidance regarding my potentially exposed belongings left me to deal with the consequences myself. On top of that, failing to follow up with me after telling me a manager would contact me has been extremely unprofessional. If you do stay here, I STRONGLY recommend thoroughly inspecting your room and taking serious precautions with your belongings before bringing them home.

  I rented here for the ADA room and hot tub because of back issues. The hot tub closed promptly at ten which is fine but my in room tub didn't plug. Due to no maintenance being on the weekend it could not be remedied. Told hot tub to reopen at 7am by night gal. Given the hotel's number for the manager who would arrive 10 am Saturday which is when my event starts. Got up early 7am mainly because my back is sore from the stiff bed after a car ride and got around for soak. Every staff interaction from asking where the pool was to asking where we could find a bigger trash can for takeout containers has been met with rude or ignored responses. No in room coffee the breakfast was open but the " hot food" was an(1) old veggie omelet, 3 dry sausage patties, 2 biscuits and gravy. They had some other offerings but not more than a basic Continental breakfast. Went to get in hot tub and it doesn't open until 9. This is one of the worst IHG I have stayed in for some time. Cleaning staff is the best thing going for this place. I travel a lot and will stay in Choice or Ramada next trip.

  Stayed for 10 days. Room was always super muggy, to the point the bedsheets and towels were perpetually damp. Complained to the front desk and they claimed that its normal for Oklahoma (average humidity outside was significantly drier than the room all week...) They did not send anyone to work on it and did not move me to a different room. Elevator was broken the first 3 days of my stay as well. Finally after them not doing anything I took apart their AC unit myself and fixed it. Perfectly comfortable after that. Perhaps I should bill them for the service.
