Can't recommend this hotel enough. Their staff is incredibly kind and communicative. Booked a large group of guests for a client, and The Glo was super helpful and accommodating. Special shout-out to Vian for navigating the chaos -- I could not have done it without you!

Beautiful facilities, wonderful room, pool was spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Will stay again.

The food service attendant made our group feel unwelcome. She was controlling over the food and aggressively told people how much food they were allowed to take and complained about not having enough food to feed the guest. We should not feel guilty to eat complementary breakfast because the hotel did not properly prepare for a sold out weekend. My family and our soccer association have stayed at many Best Westerns and this was the worst breakfast we have experienced at any hotel even outside this Best Western Franchise.

Our stay at GLō Best Western Enid OK Downtown/Convention Center Hotel was disappointing due to the breakfast experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the complimentary breakfast, but the food service attendant made our group feel unwelcome every morning. The attendant was often aggressive in her demeanor, complained openly about not having enough food to serve guests, and made it seem like guests were a burden. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made many of us reluctant to eat breakfast. In fact, several members of our group skipped breakfast because they felt unwelcome. On our final morning, the situation was especially unpleasant. She was rationing food. Guests should be able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast without feeling pressured, or made to feel guilty for eating the food provided by the hotel and one reason we chose this hotel. She also has no Buissness telling kids they can’t eat. The hotel itself was fine, but the breakfast service significantly impacted our overall experience and why I could not provide a 5 star review. We hope management addresses this issue so future guests feel welcome and valued. We were not the only guests discussing your staff members behavior. We travel to Enid often for soccer tournament weekends and book 10-20 rooms at a time, we will look for another hotel option moving forward.

First time stay and we’d stay again. Drove up from Texas to visit family in Enid. Easy to locate the hotel. It’s in a quiet and safe area with a decent amount of places to walk or drive to for food and drink. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable! Staff were friendly and very helpful. There was an error on my incidental bill after check out and it was immediately rectified with no hassle. That kind of service goes a long way with me.
