  I have rented rooms several times in the past. What I have encountered when I did was damaged stained bedding, dirty towels and smelly rooms. Although there inside fooms where vairy clean and comfortable. The last time my girlfriend and I went a room at the best Western hotel in Enid, Oklahoma. We tried booting through a more affordable vendor and when got to the hotel the owner greeted us like we were scum of the earth and told us if we booked the room we would be charged a $150.00 deposit with a major credit card or he would not let us stay there. The past few times we have stayed there. There wasn't any such kind of deposit. Also might I add we had walked a very long way that day in a 105 degree he and we were worn out and exhausted. He didn't seem to even care and when we stepped outside to find a different hotel he ran us off the property.. so I wouldnt recommend anyone ever staying at The Best Western Hotel in Enid, Oklahoma.

  Love this place and the staff, rooms are always super clean and the breakfest is great. Thank you Mo and Jaydn for making the stay worthwhile!

  The service and location were great, but the the entire building had an unpleasant smell. The room was very dark and it was difficult to find the bathroom in the middle of the night.

  The hotel itself deserves much better than the experience I had checking in. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and met my expectations. If I were rating the room alone, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, the check-in experience completely overshadowed the stay. I had prepaid my reservation on July 22 and had proof from both my bank and my reservation confirmation that the payment had been processed. When I arrived, the manager stated the hotel did not show the payment and refused to honor it. Even after I showed documentation proving the room had already been paid for, she repeatedly attempted to charge my debit card again and insisted I pay a second time. I refused because I was not going to risk being charged twice for the same reservation. The situation took more than an hour to resolve and was extremely stressful. It wasn't until Best Western Corporate became involved and instructed the hotel to honor the payment that I was finally given my room keys. My complaint is with the manager's handling of the situation, not with the hotel itself. The room, cleanliness, and overall property were excellent. However, no guest should have to spend over an hour proving they have already paid while being pressured to authorize another charge because of an internal error. I hope Best Western reviews this incident and improves its procedures for handling prepaid reservations so future guests don't have the same experience.

  Mo did a GREAT job of helping my family with reserving a room under difficult circumstances. All of the hotel staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and more comfortable than higher priced properties I've stayed at. The morning breakfast was good and not the same everyday. We stayed for a week so it wasn't boring. The only reason I'm not giving the rooms a 5 star is because the water pressure was too low and if my roommate turned on the bathroom sink while I was in the shower, the shower water turned cold. Other than that, we had a great experience. I travel to Enid a lot dealing with a family issue and will be staying at Glo again for future visits.
