  We loved our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was DELICIOUS and constantly well stocked, the rooms were some of the cleanest we’ve ever seen at a hotel, and the pool was awesome!! My kids loved the splash pad feature in the large heated pool! It was a little chilly for me, but I like swimming in bath water temperatures, so I generally stick to hot tubs. Overall we had an incredible experience and will definitely be returning!

  We stayed at this hotel for a number of days to visit my sister. Our experience with the HI Express staff was amazing everyday. Especially the manager, Liz. A couple of times she went out of her way to ask how we were and if we needed anything. I have traveled a lot and never has this experience. Thank you, Liz!

  We stayed at this hotel on our way to Missouri. It was rated well on Google. We made a reservation over the phone and informed them that we would be traveling with my husbands service animal. We show up and check in and are informed that we have to sign a service dog loss of revenue form. Which is legal. I let the lady at the desk I believe her name was Juanita know that this is not legal. My husband wanted me to make a complaint so I called customer service. The gentleman i spoke to confirmed that I should not have had to sign a loss of revenue form and that the general manager at that location would reach out to me. We waited and never heard from anybody. The next morning we are getting ready to check out and the general manager is still not there so we wait a few more hours. Finally at around 9am I go to the desk again and ask for the manager. She comes out and says shes been busy and apologizes for all the issues and says she will give us "points" we had already canceled out reservation for our return trip the following week because of how embarrassed my husband was. I was informed by the gentleman when I had called customer service to call back if the manager hadn't rectified, but when I called customer service again I was told that they decided to side with the general manager even though she was not even at the hotel the entire time we were there. We will definitely not be staying with holiday inn again since we had such a bad experience. Its horrible that IHG would allow a manager to discriminate towards service dogs that are medical needed.

  Holiday Inn staff, thank you for making our stay very enjoyable!! Everything was so clean and everyone was so nice! Sandy at breakfast was especially joyful!!

  We had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn in Elk City. We drove a long ways from California to be greeted kindly by Katie. She was amazing and very polite during our check in process!! In the morning we had the best experience during breakfast with Sandy being so helpful and joyful. Entire food area was so clean and well stocked. We were there for a couple days and everyday she was working hard to ensure all hotel guest had what they needed to have a great experience. Every time we walked into the hotel Erica greeted us and made us feel so welcomed!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you, Holiday Inn staff for making our experience wonderful!
