  Some of the staff had dry personalities. The hostess over the breakfast was great. Morning staff friendliest.

  Absolutely best hotel in town! Everyone is so friendly, and helpful! We had a not so great experience at La Quinta, in Durant and not allowing pets for more then 3 days. Our house flooded due to a pipe under the sink bursting, we had no where to go, 3 adults, 1 child, 3 dogs, 1 cat. La Quinta states they are "pet friendly" however, only for 3 days per their supposed "per policy" that no one could find or show us. We needed a place to stay while our insurance found us housing for the next 3-4 months as everything in our house has to be gutted, floors, walls, cabinets etc. Holiday inn welcomed us with open arms and were sooo kind, sympathetic and accommodating!! The rooms; absolutely amazing! Everything is so clean!! We love this hotel and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel. 🫶🏻

  Misty and Luke were so pleasant and very informative on Durant and the casino, made us feel not so lost in a new place. They checked us in, with no problems at all. Because of those two employees, I'll be back. Not to mention, it's a nice hotel. And Walmart is just right there. Luke and misty are truely an asset to your company.

  The room was fine and in good shape. The attendant at the front desk wasn't very friendly. My biggest issue was that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. We were not told while doing the reservation. We were told this after check-in. We paid $200 for the room for 1 night plus $12 for parking. It's not like this is a huge town. You shouldn't have to pay parking also to stay at a hotel of this sort or at least, you should have been told this on making the reservations. Doubt we'll be back.

  Paid decent money for 2 nights. After checking in they let me know that there is a 10 a night parking fee. Plus tax. The QR codes are pasted in the parking lot and at the door. They never revealed this when I reserved. And they waited till I secured the room with my credit card. This is Durant Oklahoma. Not a metropolitan area. And it's Holiday INN and not 5 star. Shame on you! Never staying here again. On a positive note: They did let my wife and I spend 1/2 hour in the hot tub after 11.
