  Loud party going on the evening I checked in. My reservation had been totally messed up and had to be corrected at the front desk, that was not my worry, I didn't mind that. What upset me is that there was a loud party going on in the dining area that had DOORS that could be SHUT but were not. At least 50 adults, many consuming alcohol NOT supervising their children ages infant up to teens, with toddlers up to teens running up and down the hallways and the stairwells, screaming, pounding on the walls, and when I asked that something be done about it, I was offered another room. WHAT good would that do AFTER I and my 94 yr old mother and our service animals had settled in after 7 hours on the road? The children running up and down the halls of EVERY floor. I could hear them overhead in my room on the main floor. When I asked that the manager ask the adults to control their children I was told, and I quote: "These people paid good money for these rooms, and they can do what they want." and "Don't you yell at me!" I was not yelling, I was politely asking her to do her job. I needed sleep. I was driving my mother and I across the country to our new home on the East Coast. I got no sleep and could only finally fall asleep sometime after 1 am when the ruckus finally stopped. I want someone from Holiday Inn to contact me to resolve this because I "Paid good money for my room" as well and did NOT get what I paid for.

  Did check in really late as I had unexpected situations occur. When we came in they checked us in and were more talking among themselves then to us. They gave me a room that was unclean. Had to go downstairs to get corrected. The rooms are OK but do need some fixes like door stopper in bathroom cracked, not all lights worked, liquid in bottles in bathroom not what they say it is.

  BEWARE! The general manager was highly unprofessional. She was very rude and used curse words to threaten my buddy and she threatened to call some guest of her, "oil rig men", to come beat him up out front. It is on camera and will be reported. She needs to be audited by an unbiased standby and reported as well, she needs to be replaced by owners asap. Thank you.

  My Husband is a truck driver , in his company truck and a IHG member, he stopped by this location to see if he could get a cup of coffee, the lady that work there wouldnt even let him in the door so He went across the street , while over there waiting for a cup of coffee, the lady at this Holiday Inn calls across the Street and racially profiles my husband by calling him "sketchy" do you know what "sketchy means , it means someone who seems untrustworthy, suspicious, or potentially dangerous. Which does not in any way describe him, he had on work attire and in his work truck , what made him sketchy to her was that he was black. That is not the way you treat people and that was very uncomfortably for him to hear someone label him as such. Unprofessional!
