  Such a delight to be able to stay in such a well managed property at the end of a long drive day. The front desk staff is always very genuinely friendly and helpful. You can tell that they end their work. Great open parking and reasonably located near WalMart and other restaurants, stores. Always a satisfying breakfast and quick check out. I travel a lot for business and look forward to my next stay.

  A Disappointing Stay at the Holiday Inn Claremore, Oklahoma. As a Platinum Elite member who stays at Holiday Inn hotels for 60+ nights a year, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Claremore, Oklahoma, was one of the worst experiences I have encountered in over a year, and I feel compelled to share my review to alert future guests of the subpar conditions. Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel seemed promising, but my hopes were dashed once I stepped inside. The hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired, and my disappointment only grew as I made my way to my room. The elevator, which is often a telling indicator of a hotel's maintenance standards, was appalling. The floors were visibly dirty, and it appeared as though they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. To make matters worse, the elevator broke down on my last night, causing considerable inconvenience. This lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance was a consistent theme throughout my stay. In my room, I was dismayed to find the sheets and bedspread were not as fresh as I had hoped, and the walls were noticeably dirty. Moreover, the thin walls allowed me to hear my neighbors' conversations and activities. When I first checked in, I discovered someone else's clothes in the closet. Despite the staff's assurance that the previous guest had checked out, this incident raised questions about the thoroughness of the hotel's cleaning and inspection process. The housekeeping service was far from satisfactory; the bed was never properly made. Instead, the sheets were haphazardly thrown over the top of the bed, leaving me to wonder if any effort had been made at all. One redeeming quality of the Holiday Inn Claremore was its convenient location, as it was close to the customer I was visiting. In summary, my stay at the Holiday Inn in Claremore, Oklahoma, was far from the comfortable and pleasant experience I have come to expect as a regular guest. The lack of cleanliness, thin walls, and questionable housekeeping practices, severely detracted from my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean or well-maintained accommodation in Claremore.

  I do not recommend this place. I reserved a suite and got a basic room with a microwave and fridge. The tub fills with water as you're showering. The exhaust vent is so dirty it barely works. There are throw up stains all on the carpet. The lamp is bronken on the desk, the desk chair is also broken. Also there was a kid screaming and playing in another room at 5a.m. and no one said anything. After about an hour I told the front desk and the guy seemed like he wasn't happy with me reporting the noise. I usually don't care but I'm traveling cross country and have to get rest. I truly recommend you go elsewhere. I am not happy with this place at all.

  For a budget 3 star hotel, it’s a 7/10, but for holiday inn express’ it’s only a 5/10. The room was up to date and refreshed in the last 5 years at least, but wasn’t well kept. Lots of dust all over and the beginnings of a cobweb.
