  We just stayed 4 nights from July 3rd-6th and we loved it. Very nice and clean hotel. It also smelled really nice too because they had wall air fresheners throughout the hotel halls and it just smelled amazing. It was also in a good location so that was a plus too. The only thing that I would say they need to do different is to make sure to always have someone up front when others are on break. We called downstairs several times to get room service and they kept just hanging up. And when we went downstairs no one was there because they were on lunch. But overall we had good stay with wonderful housekeepers. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

  Got a suite and it had a lot of space, was clean and wasn’t priced too bad. Location was close to a lot of things. Outside pool was unfortunately out of service for cleaning during our stay but other than that the family thought it was a pleasant place to stay.

  One of the issues we had was we were told by to different employees that they did not offer their own shuttle service but can call the airport for us and have a shuttle from the airport pick us up at the hotel, when it came to check out time one incredibly rude employee who was working the afternoon of 6/10/2026 said they did not do this, I believe it's due to her not wanting to do this, all employees should be on the same page and aware of options for guests, its to bad one person has completely changed our perception of our stay, but, it has, I am hopefull in the future no one is mislead by employees who are not interested in helping the guests.

  Room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Love the free breakfast! Didn't have time to use the gym. Wish the pool was indoor or had a covering because it was raining when we got there and we were not able to go swimming. Also more privacy surrounding the pool would have been appreciated too!
