  The room was clean and spacious. The manager made a point of addressing my ‘feather free’ request and the staff was friendly. The unfortunate part was 1) the A/C was wires sticking out of the unit which was quite concerning and 2) in 4 days, we never saw housekeeping….ever. It was 105 degrees each day we were there, meaning 2 showers a day, and we had to beg for new towels each night. We even left the dirty towels outside thinking housekeeping would at least grab them: nope! They stayed there until we picked them back up 2 days later. And when it was mentioned to both the day and night staff their response was simply ’sorry’. So in a nutshell, if you don’t care about overflowing trash cans and dirty towels, this is the place for you.

  Exceptionally clean room. Linens, towels and bed were of high quality and very clean. Bed was super comfortable and had ample amount of pillows. Very luxurous bedding. Room was beautiful with tastefulf modern decorating yet was a very peaceful and calm environment. We arrive late and was greeted with a big smile by Mr. Sanjay. He went out of his way to make sure prior to our arrival we were in a room close to elevator due to my health issues. I also had to go to the car later and he escorted me to make sure if I needed any help he would be there. The breakfast was ample, constantly serviced, and area was very clean. This time no potatoes were served but had sausages, eggs, waffles, fruits, yogurts, hot and cold cereals, breads and few pastries along with coffee, teas, and juices. I highly recommend this hotel. Price is very reasonable for the high quality of the property.

  Used a hotel app to find me a quick reservation and got this location at a reduced hot rate. I had never stayed with this brand before, so didn't quite know what to expect. The reviews were good and the pictures looked good. Arrived, was greeted warmly and got my room on the fourth floor. The room was extremely clean and struck me as a well situated dorm room rather than a needlessly spacious suite. It was comfortable, as was the bed and bedding. Very happy with the selection and stay!
