  Todo muy bien las 2 noches que nos quedamos en este hotel,todo muy limpio ,ordenado y agradable ,diera mis 5 estrellas pero honestamente el problema fue hoy 5-3-2026 a las 7 de la mañana llego un hombre desconocido tocando nuestra puerta y a fuerza quería entrar a la habitación 211 ,cabe recalcar no era conocido nuestro ni nada ya que nosotros vivimos en San Antonio así que nos parecio demasiado raro que nos pasara esto ,por favor vigilen más la seguridad de sus clientes porque de verdad nos sentimos inseguros e intimidados

  My son was involved in an accident and was having trouble getting a hotel. Everyone said check in is at 4. This was 6 am and I called and was able to get him a room. I'm very thankful for the lady she was able to get a room for him. We are from Texas and I can sleep knowing my son got a room. Again thank you for your kindness.

  stayed one night in this establishment with my husband and child. we were placed on their “do not rent” list due to a noise complaint. which made me wonder if anyone in this hotel had children, they’re loud, they play, they get excited. If I could give zero stars I would. I do recommend the place next door to them. they have a beautiful rooms, great staff and everything was modern. Not to mention it’s cheaper they also offer a laundry room which I found convenient as a traveling family of 3

  On March the 22 me and my sisters arrived at this hotel checked in then left to return at almost 4:00 in the morning after getting out night clothes on we noticed small roaches and several big roaches we went to the front desk and they had no care in the world . So be sleep in the truck and then left coming back home the GM for this place is careless and call me to stay that those were bettles in the room glad I took pictures DO Not stay here
