  4 Star because of housekeepers our room 301 was clean and the common areas as well the breakfast lady I think her name tag was Irma kept the breakfast area clean and always filling out the trays. The one missing star it's because of this guy name Chris trying to fix the pancake machine I asked him if it was going to be ready and said no the that machine was acting up so I suggested to check the fan just to be friendly lol and he responded that the machine didn't even had a fan and that he's been fixing those machines for over 20 years is a really bad tone I can't imagine how he can be with he's co workers if he has no manners with guests

  Fantastic room and bed. Very clean and update. I would recommend this place to stay as the staff was excellent during the check in.

  My wife passed away a little over a year ago and I drive from San Diego to visit my family in Indiana. 3 times in the last year. I stay at a lot of hotels. This has been the nicest so far. I checked in with Trish she was very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and I had a lot. I actually came down 3 times with questions. This hotel will be on my list each time I pass this way and Trish stands amongst the best I’ve seen.

  BED BUGS, enough said. Don't stay here. When brought up to the front desk, they played dumb like oh what is that.

  The rooms were ok.. the shower/tub walls looked like they haven’t been scrubbed in a while but the tub itself was very clean. There was a little bug crawling on the floor as I turned on the bathroom light. However the service was excellent. Our XC team stayed here overnight and Trish and the front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. There is so much to do and the hotel is overall is so clean. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. The noise from the highway can be heard when you don’t have the fan running but it is a good location close to lots of restaurants and it seems safe.
