$5 parking takes away a star. Of course I have a car to park while renting a hotel room. It should just be free to park at the place I'm already paying to stay at. Super friendly at the front desk. Clean rooms. Comfy & clean beds. Nice pool, clean, spacious, quiet. Breakfast was yummy. Kind of small kitchen with everyone bumping around a little to get to the foods. Lots of foods places around. Convenient to get to off the highway. Free baby cribs to use.

Krystal at the front desk was amazing at accommodating us. She gave an early check in since it was our toddlers nap time and even gave us a cup of milk when we ran out. Great service!

Thank You Holiday inn Express Tulsa/ broken Arrow! I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire staff for a job well done. From the excellent service to the cleanliness of the hotel but What impressed me most was the honesty of your staff. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and it was turned in with nothing missing. That meant so much to me and says a lot about the character of the people who work there.Thank you for providing great service, maintaining such a clean environment, and most importantly, for having honest employees. Keep up the great work! Sincerely Kendrick Williams

We stay at this Hol Inn Exp a few times per year. Staff is very good, with specific kudos to Theron, who greets us by name and is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel itself are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, breakfast is done well. Hotel still feels fresh. This is certainly one of the better Hol Inns at which we stay.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Service was terrific, breakfast was good! The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. I would have given the room a 5 if the toilets had not been so low and the lounge chair in the room had been more comfortable.
