  No complaints here. Room was clean and great location with Braum’s next door. Free bottled water for guests in the lobby.

  The online price at $88 we got there and we're told that it was going to cost $153 to stay. Then we were informed that the pool was broken. Later learned that the ice maker on our floor was also broken the juice machine for breakfast was broken and the toilet paper holder in our room was barely holding on. The place was clean and the staff was awesome but that's really all I have to say about that

  Loved the open area of the location and right next door is a Braums! Winning!! A few fit and finish issues. Only the front door was accessible from outside, even with the key, so I was a little grumpy when I parked in the back (facing south as my room was facing south) and had to carry my bags around the building to get in. Polite front desk help. Dont recall acknowledgement of being a member.... they got me used to that. The room was vast! I loved the space, even with a king sized bed. Walk in shower, which I loved Adequate water pressure. Good lights but only few modern touches... no usb ports.... meh.

  This hotel was a convenient stop on a recent road trip, and while I have generally had good luck picking decent spots to say, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with this IHG property. By all appearances, it looked quite new, yet there were so many issues that I really wondered what was going on. There were large chips in the bathtub and shower area, there were ongoing issues with the elevators (at least one of them was working while we were guests), the pancake machine and juice machine were not working at breakfast, and they stopped just before 10 am, so one of my friends wasn't able to get anything to eat. All in all, not what I expect of an IHG property. I felt badly for the staff. They did not seem very happy at all, but did their best to be cordial and accommodating.

  Overall a good stay. They really need to figure out the issues with the elevators. We almost got stuck going up the morning of our departure. Juice machine was out of service.
