  Our family truly cannot thank the hotel and its incredible staff enough for making our recent family event so special. We gathered here for a celebration of life event in the ballroom, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.The hotel was exceptionally accommodating to our needs during a very emotional time. The rooms and layout allowed our family members to easily rejoin each other, connect, and spend meaningful time together. Both the guest rooms and the event spaces provided great room space, giving everyone plenty of comfort and breathing room.A special thank you goes to the staff, who were helpful, attentive, and deeply supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel for any meaningful family gathering or event.

  I cannot recommend this property enough. After a rough night where our tent was destroyed in a storm on the 4th of July, we were lucky to find a last-minute room here. The rooms were spotless and provided a much-needed sanctuary, featuring incredibly comfortable beds and high-quality Dove toiletries in the bathrooms. While breakfast is not complimentary, I highly suggest paying the small fee for the buffet. It is significantly more expansive than your average hotel breakfast and well worth it. Excellent service and a great experience during a stressful time.

  Our experience with the Holiday Inn in Ardmore was severely lacking for our event to the degree that a day into our 2 week event, we were exploring other venue options. If you are seeking a place to have an event. DO. NOT. BOOK. HERE. Lauren was incredibly rude and acted like we were an inconvenience even though we had made this booking a year prior. The standard is set by Monica the GM who was equally unpleasant. They both were openly hostile towards us and were unwilling to resolve their mistake of creating a double booking. We were teaching a class and the screaming children in the hall were prioritized and complaints were ignored. We requested both rooms in our initial booking and they failed to save them for us meaning that several other loud events took place during critical testing moments. Dorothy was the morning desk attendant and openly rolled her eyes and complained when she was asked to provide the contracted coffee service that we had paid for. The ONLY highlight of our experience here was Jeremiah. He consistently went above and beyond for us. He should train the other 3 on what the word hospitality means. He is a true professional and deserves to be the manager more than anyone else at the Holiday Inn Ardmore. I truly hope to see his career advance beyond the embarrassment that is the Holiday Inn Ardmore. TDLR: reservations are not honored here. Staff lies. The manager is rude. Jeremiah is the only good thing here.
