- RRRennee RaeRae6 days ago4.0Hotel is great location just off I-35. It's clean, good breakfast, rooms are clean. Every employee has been very friendly and accommodating. We did notice lots of construction workers staying here but they were very quite. Beware the beds are like sleeping on a concrete floor. Hard as a rock. You can feel all the springs. Our back hurt after just 1 night. This hotel would be perfect if they got new mattresses.
- VPVictoria POct 19, 20265.0Great location with amenities in walking distance (restaurants, liquor store, gas station). Pet friendly (a must for our travels) with reasonable pet fee. Clean rooms, nice little lounge/bar. Krissy at front desk is super helpful!
- SMSteve MontgomeryOct 18, 20261.0I booked a room through Booking.com and paid with Apple Pay at the time of booking. When I got to the hotel from Texas, they charged my debit card $50 to have my card on file, and I was told they would refund it once I checked out. I was about halfway through my drive back home when I got a notification from my bank that, instead of refunding me the $50, they tried to charge my debit card AGAIN for the room. Luckily I used a different card for the $50 deposit.

- MAMichael ArcherOct 5, 20261.0Ardmore Best Western took my 100 dollar room deposit, claiming that I smoked in the room. I'm a 64 year old diabetic on a fixed income. At checkout they said that I smoked in the room. I don't smoke. I called Best Western headquarters in Arizona and they called the manager while I was on hold. This time they said that the room smelled like marijuana? That is beyond ridiculous. Headquarters refused to resolve this issue. I'll never stay at a Best Western again. I'll tell everyone I know.
