  Customer service was nice but room 115 was so stinky it gave my mom a headache. You could smell it in the parking lot from the car. Room 110 was stinky too but not as bad. They did switch us the rooms without any problems. The chemical smell needs to be analyzed.

  This place was nice but if you look across the street there is a quality inn which is also good but I always leave 5 stars

  The first room had a strong smell of ammonium, possibly from cats. The second room they put me in the air conditioner squealed all night and the front desk had to bring up hand soap, so I could wash my hands and take a shower. 815 in the morning housekeeping went door-to-door banging on people’s door wanting to know what time they were checking out didn’t get to bed till 1230. That sure made it rough day. Think twice before you make your choice on where to stay there’s numerous other options. Sometimes when you stay at the cheapest rate, you get what you pay for.

  So, I will say this was one of the worst Motels I have ever been to. First off, booking.com said this was a hotel. And from the post it really seems to indicate it is one. It’s not. So that was the first thing that was a problem. Then I took my young family here for an overnight stay. There were people smoking joints in the lot as well as drinking. That’s all good and dandy but do it in your room instead? 🤷‍♂️ When I got there I asked the worker who was super nice if this was a safe environment and he assured me it was. Then I come out of the door and my door and child show me a picture of a man who decided to take his shirt off in public while brandishing a shotgun. I’m all for the second amendment but you have to understand that behavior of flaunting it and making a show of yourself is concerning. I then told the staff worker who said he would check the cameras. We then went upstairs and checked the beds just in case of bed bugs. We found human hairs that were not our covered all over. Dirt, food?? On both beds. Even under the mattress cover too. Also the ceiling had an unidentifiable brown splatter on it as well. Took a while and after showing pictures the manager and staff gave us a refund. Which I really do appreciate and it’s the only reason it’s not one star. Please hire new cleaning people and maybe change policy on alcohol outside the hotel room?

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms smelled extremely bad and were infested with cockroaches. They were crawling across the floors, walls, and tables—even with the lights on. We were first given room 118. After I complained, the front-desk employee offered us another room. We also checked rooms 119 and 116, but as soon as we opened the doors and turned on the lights, cockroaches started running across the floor. Unfortunately, all the rooms appeared to have the same problem. We could not stay under these conditions. I will never return, and I would not recommend this hotel even if the room were free. I would rather pay three times as much somewhere else than spend one night here.
