  My stay at this Best Western was overall good. My vehicle broke down in Indiana on my drive and I had to take it to a shop to be repaired the next day thus making me miss my first reservation day. I called the hotel to inform them after my tow. I was told by the receptionist, who was very friendly, that she was going to try to adjust my reservation date so I would not have to pay due to my unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, the supervisor would not approve that. I understand it was outside of the 24 hour cancellations policy but life happens and there is a choice to consider a situation in the name of customer service and make exceptions. It is what it is. The hotel is a very nice but dated building. The elevators are in need of repair and the walls are quite thin so you do hear people from other rooms and in the hall due to lack of sound shielding. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I slept very well after the noise died down. The room was clean. I noted some stains on the chair in the room. Bedding and sheets nice and clean as was the bathroom/toilet/shower/sink. The front desk employees are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is mediocre with the only protein being eggs. If you like your sugar and carbs, you will have plenty of options.

  I work in the hotel industry, so I can honestly say this hotel is very good. From day one through all four nights of our stay with my family for a wedding, we had a great experience. Let me start with entering the lobby—the pleasant smell made a wonderful first impression. The historic building is very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the mattress was firm, so we slept very well after long days of wedding events. We requested fresh towels and received plenty of towels every day throughout our stay. The hotel felt safe, and we had no noise issues even though it is located downtown on the main street. There was a small maintenance issue that understandably may not have been noticed during room cleaning, but once we mentioned it, the maintenance staff came immediately and fixed the sink drain right away. We were very happy with our stay, and we truly appreciated all the staff’s hard work throughout our visit.

  I recently had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful establishment for 3 nights and not one time was I left short of absolute pleasure. For the competitive price and the great location, I do not see myself wanting to stay anywhere else in Wooster! I loved the ability to walk out of the hotel and immediately be in the vibrant downtown area surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. My room was great, I was so busy having fun in Wooster that I only really slept in my room but every day I would wake up fully charged and I give all my thanks to the wonderful room service. Along with the amazing room service, the service all around was fantastic. The front desk workers I would talk to on a daily basis, they were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was offered was also the perfect start to an action packed day in Wooster. I look forward to my next visit in Wooster and staying at this establishment.

  If you are in Wooster, this is the place to be. Unfussy and roomy hotel. Breakfast was absolutely incredible. We were assisted in many ways when requested. Ex. When we needed fresh towels and even a deck of cards. I can imagine it only being a better experience when the pool opens in the summer. The pre-check in email was great to diminish some of the lengthy check in processes, and was great to review additional services and potential costs if a guest may need so. 5/5!

  Great stay — would definitely come back! Really impressed with this Best Western. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exactly what you want after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise too; a solid spread with plenty of options that kept us fueled for the day. Overall a smooth, enjoyable stay and great value. Highly recommend!
