This hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast selection, fun kids area, pool and hot tub temp are perfect. Nice distance from the city if you're in town for any events in the city.

Great location in Westlake. Short drive to downtown Cleveland. Wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

I would give this Holiday Inn Express 5 stars. It was honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The room was great, the workout equipment was excellent, and the pool and hot tub were really nice. The shower was awesome too—the water pressure will about knock you over, which I loved! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The only thing that needs some work is the morning breakfast. It was definitely the weakest part of the stay, but everything else was so good that it more than made up for it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was good except the hospitality during breakfast. We had a whole hockey team down here eating breakfast and as they were trying to grab last-minute food when the buffet was closing, the woman working closed all the doors and kicked them out. Seems like she could have let them grab all the food they were so eager to throw away. Plus have a more hospitable attitude rather than being so rude.
