- ABAlexandra ButrynSep 26, 20262.0The cleanliness of this place is really poor. Smells like smoke and weed everywhere. Everything is dingy and worn, the rooms looking like they haven't had a good scrub in a decade. Checked in to find yellow sludge on the floor of our shower. Went to the front desk and was told that there's nothing that they can do since housekeeping isn't there on the weekends. Instead, the front desk lady tried to hand me a bottle of cleaner and suggested I clean it myself. This is what $200 per night will get you here at Staybridge. Will never be back.
- MHMonica HanningAug 29, 20265.0Fantastic hotel! We loved the courtyard with a gazebo to play a card game in. And a fire pit with comfy chairs, too! It's a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. All the employees were friendly, housekeeping and front desk were always ready to greet us with a "good morning" as we were heading out for the day. The breakfast also has some great options and is well attended to. Thank you for an absolutely great say.
- HEHustleHard EgavasAug 15, 20265.0Despite how my stay started off.. I'm happy to say that my voice and response was heard. My room was cleaned exceptional well. Had to call front desk and let them know how pleased I was.... I'll definitely inquire who cleaned my room deserve a tip forsure...... FEEL LIKE I WALKED IN MY ROOM FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME!!! Btw the grills and everything are up now. Gotta respect a hotel that will invest in a building to make sure you have the best stay EVER!!! #StayBridge #328 #BESTCustomerServiceEver
- JHJason HartJul 25, 20263.0Not enough parking for all guests, hot tub was filled in and the outdoor patio was closed due to construction
- MDmike dunlapJul 23, 20263.0Outside grills not available due to construction. Only frying pan in the room is an embarrassment to this establishment. I texted Dave the General Manager and got no reply. Social on Wednesday was awesome. Weird though they charge $.50 for a glass of wine. I’ve never seen that before. Still a great benefit to stay in here on Wednesday and Thursday.. I’ll be back but will be bringing my own skillet.
