  My room had a few maintenance issues I reported to management to deal with. People with food issues as myself miss your Hot PLAIN Crock of (Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Sugar Free) oatmeal -instant packets which are all sweetened and are inferior ! Since omelettes, scrambled eggs and pancakes have dairy the hot oatmeal was very appreciated. Cincinnati North had No Almond milk DF alternative to have with the dry cereal but LaGrange KY did💕

  so right now the place has construction going on so I had to drop the location stars for that reason only. other than that great spot off the interstate. u have so many optionss that are within 10 minutes from the hotel. everything from shopping to eating. the interaction with the staff has been pleasant. (the little I had) my second day they empty my trash replaced the towels but didnt sweep the floors. its only my second day in there so not like its gross dirty. just something I did notice. I had an outlet that didnt seem to work right. breakfast is what u expect it to be. plenty of options from fruit to cereal to hot food like sausage scrambled eggs. would definitely stay here again.

  Bad room. Said it sleeps 3 although its one bed bathroom door doesnt close outlet not working and more. Would not suggest to my biggest enemy. Down stairs people were banging on our floor due to the fact we were simply walking. Overall terrible

  I had a good experience but there is an exception. The room would rather dirty. There was dust all over the lamps that's the first thing I noticed. Also the toilets were not scrubbed. Therefore they were not clean either. Which is kind of disgusting. My bathroom drain was clogged because the drain was all the way open and it would not drain. Also we did not have enough washcloths. It's usually is not an issue in a hotel. The employees were very nice!! However, housekeeping entered my room twice in the morning after I told him I had a late checkout they still came back another time. I wasn't able to get any sleep because of this. Also I could not access the gym or pool. The card did not work for the gym and they weren't able to fix it. Then lastly this is one thing that changes my review significantly. When I travel with my son the first thing he likes to do is check out the tv. However, when a hotel is recently renovated the TVs are usually the last things that get done. Just did not like that they were not smart TVs. We travel a lot and that's one of the things that we enjoy because we can log into our accounts and continue watching our own stuff. Also issues with the key working in my door after being in my pocket with my phone. That really shouldn't happen after just a few minutes. Aside from that The food was absolutely excellent for the breakfast! As well as a polite staff .

  This is a really wonderful place to stay. So clean and quiet and near to everything. We appreciated our stay and the staff was excellent at fitting us in due to a travel emergency we were experiencing. This is one of the few mattresses I have slept on in a hotel where I actually received a very good sleep and rest. We stayed on the 5th floor. The whole fourth floor was being renovated. This hotel is so clean and very quiet despite being very full and busy. I would love to stay here again. I very highly recommend this hotel!
