  We’ve stayed here before and always had good service. This year was quite different. Couldn’t get maid service at all. The handle in the shower came off and we asked repeatedly at the front desk for someone to fix it, but nope! Mold and mildew in the shower. Bathroom fan didn’t work and shampoo dispenser was empty. I booked my room and 2 others for my friends. Platinum status but didn’t mean anything at this hotel.

  Looks like a nice hotel but would’ve been nicer if my business travel booking wasn’t silently canceled on the day of my stay for “weather reasons”, and they had no rooms available to rebook… There were no changes to my booking on my travel agency’s side. My coworker and I are now at a different hotel and will not recommend this Holiday Inn to our other team members. Two stars on service because the man at the desk was nice, albeit confused.

  My family and I have come to this Holiday Inn for 4 years now and we always have such a pleasant experience. People like Gwen and Shariq are what makes us choose this hotel over the others in the area by their kindness, thoughtfulness, and efficiency. We had a delectable breakfast and felt very looked after. If I could give more stars to Gwen and Shariq, I would.

  I loved it here, the people were so polite and the rooms are beautiful. There should be a better food menu but what they had was very good except the chicken, it was a little burnt. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you.

  Room was very nice and clean had normal wear and tear for a hotel , very clean . Conditioner in shower was empty, everything else was fully stocked. Oh well. The reason I rated 2 stars was because of breakfast. Breakfast option were normal buffet style breakfast at a decent hotel. Options tasted good from what I tried. My issue was the breakfast attendant. He seemed nice but made me feel really uncomfortable and did not feel comfortable eating in peace. I came down at 7am and got myself a small plate of eggs and bacon and juice and my son some juice and some bacon and fruit. Then after went back for seconds , since like I said my first plate was very small just to make sure I liked the food and did not waste it. I was getting my second small plate and another cup of juice. the gentleman working repeatedly came to my table and kept asking me “are you all finished?” “are you out of here?” “Still working on that?” “ I told him nicely if I need anything I will let u know” but he still continued. I swear he came to our table atleast 4 times within 30 minutes. All I wanted to do was talk to my son while eating breakfast and eat my breakfast. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable to try anything else or even get my son seconds. I paid I think 12 dollars each for me and my 2 year old to eat I shouldn’t feel like I’m on a 30 minute time limit and a 1 small plate with helping at a nice hotel like this. I would rather stay somewhere less nice and be left alone at breakfast next time . Nice hotel I’ll prolly skip on breakfast next time and just go eat at a restaurant near by. I would have tipped the guy 10$ just to leave me alone idk what his deal was?
