  Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice bar/restaurant with happy hour specials. Outdoor patio and indoor pool.

  I have been to a few Holiday Inn’s in the area, and I am learning they are all different. First thing is parking- so many of them filled! It’s hard to get one especially when it’s the weekend and Holiday Inn shares their building with another vendor next door. Secondly- $14.95 for breakfast when Bob Evans is across the street!? I just wasn’t aware. I did appreciate I could do my laundry there, but the younger guy who checked me in Sat Oct 3, seemed a little off towards me like maybe his mind was on something other than ensuring the check in process for me was smooth. He didn’t mention that there is a charge for breakfast. I had to ask what time breakfast was, His customer service skills are lacking and it made me feel uncomfortable

  Apartment complex roads and parking lot were being resurfaced so I just chose to be some place that was a little bit more convenient to being able to get around.

  Not here for an event, just a pitstop for a long trip. Got a great rate on a nice room! People were very kind and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint... we absolutely killed a large bug in our room. We suspect a roach but didn't confirm.

  IHG is my brand of choice and my preferred “home away from home” whenever I travel for both business and pleasure. As a Platinum Elite member, I have come to appreciate the comfort, consistency, and high standards of service that IHG provides to its guests. Because of this, when my family came to town, I chose to reserve their room with IHG with the expectation that they would receive the same level of quality and service that I have come to associate with the brand. Unfortunately, that was not the experience they received. Upon entering the room, they found that the pillows were dirty and that there was hair on the bed sheets. Even more concerning was how the situation was handled when they reported the issue to the front desk. They were told that there was no housekeeping staff onsite and that they would need to come downstairs to the front desk and change the sheets themselves. This is simply not the level of service I have come to expect from IHG. I value the standards and hospitality associated with the IHG brand, and I expect those standards to extend to my family and guests when I choose IHG for their accommodations.
